Okay, heres the deal. SET is today, starting as of this news post.
The Rules:
1: those qualified can play anyone they want, in any supported game.
2: a match consists of 3 games to 5 kills, IE: the usual best of 3.
3: 1-on-1 only.
4: once you have been defeated, you are out of the SET, and will not be able to play anyone else anymore. Those that still keep playing for fun are allowed to, but I will be deleting any reported matches with people who were eliminated already.
5: those with the most eliminations win this tournament.
6: EaW & SWGB are exceptions: for this, only one game, either in space, or on the ground, is played.
7: Report as 'Sunday Tournament' in the database
A quick example: A, B, C and D are all gaming. B and C fight, and C wins. B is out. A and C then fight, and A wins. So, now C is out too. Finally: A and D fight. A wins again. A now has 2 eliminations, C has 1, B and D have none. A wins, even though he was defeated. He still has more eliminations.
Considering the size of the group, I dont expect people to win with 2 eliminations. I also know some will anticipate people selecting their opponents to win the most, and dodging others. For that, I have another clause: if that is suspected to be happening, you will be paired manually to the person you seem to be dodging. If either refuses, the refusing will be counted as a forfeit.
As I will be unavailable tomorrow (I am taking a day off, and heading for Amsterdam. :P ), any regular DC member (IE: those not being a Consul), and the JST, will be allowed to pair people up. I will go over all those at the end of the day. However: I trust this will not be needed, and that people will just play whoever they find.
As a final note: I know unexpected things will spring up. This is a first trial of this format, and thus it wont be perfect. So, if you find any oddities, just send me a mail or a PM, and I will look into it.

also, those who played in the ICTE during last week, and tonight, are also qualified. I however can not post those right now, I seem to be having problems getting to the excel lists of the ICTE.
