Thanks to some help from a couple members, we have figured out what was going wrong with the IRC trivia times. And now I've taken a step to (hopefully) fix it.

If you go to the SA site, you'll see a new link on the left hand side that reads "Weekly Trivia Events." Not only does it provide the basic rules and descriptions for the events (great for new members), you will find a clock at the bottom of the page.

This clock is a real time clock and it displays only GMT time (along with the date).
