The Surname field is a problem and I am working to reverse the changes that implemented it. There are too many dependencies that rely on just calling for the Name field alone to find throughout the site and adding a surname in general just adds one more step to complicate the displays (checking to see if one exists). I've decided that it wasn't a good idea, so it is going bye bye.

<s>Until I fix the form, please don't request any name changes. Those of you who already have changed your name to take advantage of the surname field, I will change it back for you and delete the event from your dossier.</s>
