It's amusing that CSP's delusions are almost annual. Twice a year they think they're going to magically go from a distant second to first place... but all they're basing that on is faith. Faith doesn't work. Your leaders are lying to you. Besides, as we all know, each Clan only has a single year of vendettas to be runner up to Taldryan. It's a new Clan's turn now, so make way because it should technically be CP. Eighth GJW was CSP, Seventh was CNS, Sixth was Tar, Fifth died, Fourth was CSK, etc.

Wow you must be a psychic Shadow, or of course it could be SEMI-annual seeing as the RoS and GJW are the only major DB wide comps available. And yes on and on about Tal taking over the council, especially seeing as its a CPer, the so-called "worst Clan" is the GM now. And yes that is a joke, CP is due its share of limelight. Also for Tally, pride can make for a very hard fall.

Actually, I'm fairly sure I am psychic. But, my annual remark wasn't based on when RoS/GJWs were announced. Just that magically, a few short months at the end of any major vendetta, the Clans all revert back to "We're gonna win. Tal sucks. They have no chance in hell." The fact that his has been going on for the last 6 years is really funny.

And it's not really pride. Thems are the facts. :P

You know, as much as it can be fun and motivating to say "We're going to beat Tal, they're going to fall this time," you have to give them props. Personally, I think Shadow has herpes, I think Jac's wife wears the pants in the family. I'm sure Kir watched too much Wopner growing up, Kraval needs to stop drinking wine coolers, and Nitemare is a pretty, pretty princess. And, of course, Kaek is a medal nazi. The list goes on.

But here's the thing. These guys, and every last member of Taldryan, are good at what they do, and they are consistent. They pull together when it seems like, lately, every other Clan either falls apart early, or just gets their act together too late in the competition. If you want to beat Taldryan, as much as it may suck to hear this, take an example from them. Get your act together quickly, act as a cohesive force, and put together a drive that lasts until the very end.

That's the big secret, people. "OMG, BIAS!" Yeah, I haven't been happy with some of the judging at times, but you know what it is? It's generally frustration with watching good intentions and efforts go unfounded, or even a lack of efforts come through when everyone makes promises. Things happen. Taldryan isn't "the best ever." Nope. But you know what they are? Seriously fooking good, and whether you like it or not, you have to give them respect for what they've accomplished. Faith, hopes and dream don't accomplish much.

But you'd be surprised what Shadow dancing in a bikini can accomplish.

And, on a much brighter note, for those interested. I still have a 92% average in paramedic school, and I passed my IV pass-offs the very first time.
