ACC Training
After seeing the dwindling of training since it has been the responsibility of the clans, and as I have buffed up the size of the ACC Staff, I have decided to put the burden back on the ACC Staff. Therefore, if you are an initiate in the ACC, feel free to challenge staff members to a battle in the training annex to hone your skills before you attempt to qualify. Clan training battles are still allowed for those that wish to do so, but I think this will help those that are still a bit lost.

This is a good idea. Placing the burden on the Clan was obviously not effective. Glad to see some positive changes happening in the ACC.
It wasn't a bad idea but it was a hassle to get the Clan training battles even opened. Then there was the problem of finding someone in the Clan willing to train. Overall this move seems to be the best for the initiates. Now whip them ACC trainers into shape!
It wasn't a bad idea at all. However, in the end, regardless of how easy it is to open battles I just don't think the clans are capable of taking on this type of responsibility. Not enough people write in the ACC as it is, so a lot of the clan leaders simply don't care about training those that want it. Centralizing it back within the staff is really the way to go in my mind, so long as enough staff are available. :P
It all does depend on staff levels. As staff levels were lower before, doing both training and qualification wasn't feasible. With a bigger staff, you can bring it back. So if Clans don't want to handle the training themselves, poke your members to join the ACC staff :P
joining ACC staff sounds fun... really people, get into the ACC :P start skirmishing. if you want a quick battle, fight me :P ngeh.
