We started to judge the completed ACC battles for the Co-op "Battlefield Objectives" event today, and I wanted to clear something up before the questions start pouring in.

When we finish judging a battle, the ACC website will say "Winner Chosen:" and list the name of the writer who scored better. However, these "wins" are not the way this specific event is scored. For this co-op event, each individual writer is getting a score based on the critieria on the GJW website, and those scores will be used for placing. Basically it works much like the fiction grading does. The only reason we're using the "Winner Chosen" tags is to let us know which battles we've already judged.

That is just for the ACC co-op event - the 1v1 battles for the "Heat of the Moment" event will be judged as normal ACC battles are, and the wins will matter (as shown in the event's description on the GJW website).
