Hey all, your friendly neighbourhood Combat Master here again. The ACC Staff has been hard at work, and we've had a few good things come out of it. Most of these are going to be left until my next report, but the two big ones are here.

First, the ACC is now open for general use. There had been some restrictions on certain Halls prior to the GJW, but these have now been lifted. Feel free to resume battling as normal.

Second, the ACC Handbook has been updated. Changes have been made under the CS Attributes section, and a section on CS Fighting Skills has been added. The attributes changes, at least, will directly affect how battles are written and judged, so please be sure to read them.
