Greetings everyone,

I will be having a report come out this weekend, but I thought I would get just a brief note out today just to say hello and update everyone on what I’ve been up to since getting the job.

I would first just like to thank Muz for giving me this opportunity. It’s one I am very excited about, allowing me to be very hands-on in developing the fictional aspects of the DB. The Dark Brotherhood is a constantly evolving club, and both this position and the Fist position are just one such aspect of it. Second, I’m just going to briefly touch upon who I am, for those who are newer to the club. I have been in various Dark Council positions over my 9+ years of service in the DB, and am very familiar with just about any aspect of the club. For the past several years I have worked with the GMs of the time on various projects and helping out where I can. I want this club to grow and for it to be an enjoyable experience for every member who joins us.

My last point is just an update on what I’ve been working on since I received the job (more details will be given in my report). As this is a brand new position in the DB, I have spent a lot of my time just getting into contact with the various groups/people that I will be working with and beginning to flesh out the goals I had originally set out in my application. So far I have touched base in some form or another all of the Clan Summits, the Combat Master, T:Wiki, some DC members and have spoken to a number of people on IRC about various topics.
