Before you ask: no, I'm not trying to be a douche and push down the Grandmaster/Scholae Palatinae Quaestor Reports. I just thought that I'd let you all know of a new DJBWiki Policy. This policy, which I've simply dubbed the Membership Policy, requires all character articles (Not NPC's) be for a current DJB member. What I'm basically saying, is... if you aren't a DJB Member, you don't have the privilege of using the DJBWiki or having a character article on it.

This policy is effective immediately. Unless the character article is an NPC created by a DJB member, they'll be deleted. Next-to-no exceptions. For example.. Michael Halcyon? No longer a member, but his article isn't going anywhere. Why? Simple, he's now an NPC in use for Brotherhood canon (If you don't remember why/how, you totally missed the jist of Disorder). Articles such as that, remain as well. It's mostly GM-ruling. Over the next month, I will be going through character articles and cross-checking them with dossiers to see if they belong to current members. If they don't, they'll be added to the list and sent to Muz.

He will decide if the articles are to be deleted, or used in DJB canon. If he has no use for them, they'll be deleted. If he does... they'll be converted into NPCs. Please keep in mind: Rogue articles will not be affected! They are still technically members, just inactive. As well, keep a look out for my report on March 2nd. Peace out for now!

Douche (for pushing the other news down) :P

Double-Douche (Because I'm Sidouche, and I <3 Halc)

Both of you are douches, for calling me a douche for unintentionally pushing down Muz's Report. The main goal was to push down Sid's report. :P

Anubis, if there's a former member who has consented to allow use of them as an NPC, may they remain?

Won't this affect only a very few articles? I'm assuming you're meaning for this to apply to people that've had their dossier deleted?

Tra'an: If those articles are to be used as NPCs, the article MUST be set up to be an NPC, and not as a regular character of the Brotherhood (including use of the NPCs category, removal of the DJB Characters cat). In addition, I'll need to be notified before I start going through the articles, that you've received consent from whoever.

Lenzar: Yes, I am. Just recently, a former member asked if they could continue contributing on the DJBWiki when they were bored and had nothing else to do. That's a no-no. :P

Nice policy Anubis, I can see where it'll be useful.

And I really hope that in your answer to Lenzar's question, you aren't referring to...the Thing (Hawk).

Does this "policy" apply to former heroes of the Brotherhood (i.e. former great members who didn't rejoin after the Exodus but made huge contributions to the DJB throughout many years of service)? I can think of quite a number of them that I made as Wiki Tribune, small/minor articles so that we (the Brotherhood) would not forget their contributions.
