Yes, I know the report is late. But I have a good reason! I was waiting for a final vote to come in on the Transfer Proposal put forth by Grandmaster Jac and edited by Dark Side Adept Maverick and Sith Battlelord Drako.

With this final vote the proposal passes unamimously (spelling?). It will now be passed on to the Dark Council for a final look over and then be added to the Dark Side Compendium.

This proposal's goals are to outline acceptable reasons for transfering and unacceptable reason for transfering. This will help stop Clan Hopping from going on and allow Clan/House summit members a chance to see what is causing a member to leave.
