Sometimes, it can be hard to find an appropriate partner. And thus sometimes, destiny needs to be given a hand. And that's where we come in, using our very absolute best in heuristic compatibility determination techniques (read: My dartboard and/or trusty set of dice) to find you your perfect match.
In the ACC, that is. Starting today, I'm happy to introduce to you our latest program, tentatively titled Tim the Matchmaker because I believe I had some dignity somewhere that I have not yet lost.
The idea is simple: Send Vodo and me an email with your rank, name, and favorite weapons selection, and I'll open you a new Combat Centre 2+2 match in a random Venue with a randomly chosen opponent every Sunday, starting the 15th. Since a Combat Centre match takes less than two weeks, that leaves you with a nice and low-intensity period of ACC, perfect for both practice and entertainment in a series of short battles that let you sample the delights of many of our ACC usersâ¦or sample the end of a pointy glowstick if you're as good a combatant as you'd hoped. :P Signing off is as easy as signing on: Just email me, and I'll remove you from the list until you've got time to get back into the fray.
Awards, of course, are plenty. Clusters of Ice if you win, Clusters of Ice if you lose a couple of fights, and a Pendant of Blood for the best win/loss record in any given month. It is, of course, perfectly possible for you guys to go ahead and challenge more people than we give you in the match, so if you want more matches, go for it. Count me in. Been waiting for some proper ass kicking in the ACC. I'm impressed with the work going into the Combat Center. I haven't seen anything like this since I joined over two years ago, and I'm loving that an attempt is being made to better my favorite part of being in the Brotherhood.

you know Tim you are doing a great job glad to see some attivity with the ACC.... next is a better understand of rules right? lol I know i know your working on things!!!!
If nothing else, this should further understanding of the ACC's mechanics. Nothing gets you up to speed in the ACC like a few good fights.
Also, I won't have to sit there for half an hour debating over who to fight. Nice one, Tim.
