First things first...

<big>Open Position - Proconsul of Clan Naga Sadow</big>

Alright, with that nice and focused...we're looking for the vacant Proconsul postition for the Clan and are still accepting any and all applicants for the position. As was mentioned in my last report, if you feel up to the challenge send your application to Muz and Halc as well as myself. The specific requirements for the position are listed below:

Proconsul Requirements

• Possess the rank of Equite 1 or higher

• 24-hour email turn-around or less; 72-hour accepted under extreme circumstances

• Prior leadership experience at House/Clan summit preferred

• Ideas/Suggestions for the improvement of the Clan, 30/60/90 if applicable

• High-levels of IRC presence preferred

• Leadership history within the Brotherhood

• Recommendations you feel may help your chances of being selected

• Additional skills/advantages you feel you may possess

== Introduction ==

**RSD Final Way

Holding Pattern, Lagrange Point 2

Amphor, Orian System**

Things had moved swiftly since the news had reached the Board of Directors; fast enough that much of the Dlarit fleet had been directed away from their usual patrols to this blockade around the gas giant. Araic Simonetti stood aboard the bridge of the Republic Star Destroyer, his eyes narrowed upon the planet as officers shuffled quietly behind him. The Board themselves had been rather quiet aside from the newly appointed Executive Directors and their subordinates; he hadn't heard a peep from either President Keibatsu or Vice President L'eonheart since the latter had left their system. Although apparently in that time, the President had stepped down to allow his Miralukan ally to take the reigns of the Corporation, a task which had apparently fallen to his wife now.

Taking a deep breath, the Fleet Admiral stepped foward as he watched the small flotilla of transports disembark from the assortment of vessels in their holding pattern with each of them destined for the cloud city of San Korinar. Few ships had passed their blockade since they had entered their holding pattern, the risk of this threat leaving their quarentine to infect the rest of the system was too great for them to let a vessel pass through, even if it was simply civillians following their orders to evacuate the city.

But even so, it had come to this...each vessel leaving the city's quarentine were to be thoroughly scanned, a select number of the Clan's members staying aboard these screening vessels to more or less "divine" if these people were truly who they claimed to be. Others, had been sent to the city to assist their Special Operations assets and the Police forces therein. Whatever hell these "Disciples" were about to unleash upon these pathetic fools, Araic was happy that he wouldn't be there to see it.

== Up and Coming ==

Vodo's fiction update is up, that's something I'd suggest reading if you'd like to know what's going on with everyone at each other's throats. Go on, I'll let you all take the chance to read it...I'll even give you all the link directly to it: FICTION UPDATE!

Have you read it? Good, if not, too bad; we're moving on.

While Vodo's update does of course have some implications on what could be up and coming for Sadow, we've been off on our own having some fun with that little Pirate problem of ours. As I'm sure you've all seen on the mailer, they've gotten bold and its a chance for you to prove yourself in whooping some Pirate butt. What started as a simply run-on storyline has blossomed into a full two-week event chock full of events for you all to take part in. Think of it as a training event for the impending Great Jedi War. I know there are still a few of you out there whom aren't partnered up yet, now's a good chance for you to find someone as the deadline for partners is Monday August 15th.

Expect things to be a little quieter from your summit during the event, as we're each giving you a chance to focus solely on the event itself. Once August 22nd comes and goes, however. Well, lets just say that we're not quite content sitting around and waiting for you all to get done with your fun. There's sure to be plenty of new things finding their way into Unrest and of course new competitions from your summit. There may very well be a very special project sneaking its way out from myself that will help for the War as well.

== Internal Buzz ==

The past month was good for us, people taking full advantage of the competitions we released for you all; some of you even taking a chance to try and qualify through our Battle Royale in the ACC. I was actually quite pleased to see some of our younger members taking a leap into the Combat Centre without a second glance back. With that said, our current event will get you all plenty of awards if you're willing to try as well as a chance to get yourself fully enveloped in Sadow lore for the years to come. As usual, the Fist and Voice are still busy sending out their competitions for you all to get some real easy shinies just for putting a little effort into them.

Clan Competitions

• {Pandora} Week One - We of course have week one of our event running; a chance for you all to have some easy fun here.

• {Pandora} Overall - Of course, the overall event. I know, week two is missing but will be coming soon. Keep your eyes peeled.

• Unrest in the City - It's Back! Clusters of Ice for your participation in our persistent run-on.

Brotherhood Competitions

• [DGM] Locations of Antei - Our Deputy Grand Master is looking for you to design some new locations for the world of Antei; definately not too bad a deal here for you to get your name and of course work on there.

• [DGM] The Spy - Our Deputy snatched you up a few months back and delibrately worked to have you as an infiltrator within the House of Odan-Urr. This task is for you to report back on what you've discovered.

• [FIST] Beat up the Fist - Our Fist of the Brotherhood wants you to out-perform him in his domain, if you can pull this off he'll hand you off some nice shinies.

• [FIST] Curbstomp the Gamers - Similar to beating up the Fist, the top three gamers in the Brotherhood will be some nice shinies for their efforts. I know you'll be able to pull this off.

• [FIST] Halo: Reach - Firefight - One of this month's special gaming options, is Firefight mode in Halo: Reach. Saddle up and go to have some fun terrorizing our friendly aliens.

• [FIST] JO 2 CTF - As simple as it sounds, play CTF in Jedi Outcast 2 for some shinies.

• [FIST] League of Legends - Our major special gaming event this month, we're introducing a little bit of League of Legends, a free to play DOTA game before DOTA 2 comes out.

• To the Victor go the Spoils - Our Herald is looking for us to create an artifact related to the history of our Clan, something that perhaps Lord Naga Sadow himself. The best creations will get some great shinies for your effort.

As I hinted at before, there are still chances for a lot of competitions to come your way...and of course, I'm still looking for some fancy headers for these reports.

This past month, we've seen Rex Desperado promoted to Novice, Saeleth and Samantha Oblivion promoted to Acolyte and of course, our own Creon Khamier promoted to Guardian. Congratulations one and all.

I'd also like to extend a very warm welcome to our new members: Vath, Tybalt, Samantha Oblivion, Duku, Saeleth, Rex Desperado, DevourTheGod and Aster Fenix.

== In Conclusion ==

This past month has kept everyone busy and this month is going to be no different. Everyone out there, both Clan or otherwise, take a chance to apply for our open Proconsul position. As with before, our competitions are open and if you have any suggestions or ideas, bring them to your Summit as our doors are always open.
