Today, Bioware released our server information. We're going to be on, Keller's Void. Luckily both of our guilds, the Emporer's Hammer, and the Rebel Squadron's guilds are on the same server as well.
We've got an IRC channel set up for ToR. For those of you that haven't seen the topic in #db, we're currently registering #dbtor for everyone to join in and coordinate.
We also have our Ventrilo server, which it's highly suggested everyone joins as well so you can be included on Flashpoints and Operations. Ventrilo information:

Now, on the topic of recruitment for the guild and eventually into your clan or house, Orv just finished up a new join form for ToR members. This form allows a member to join the club, get a promotion to Apprentice and be placed in the Rogues, to allow them access to our forums and various other aspects of the club, while not getting the full experience. My staff and I will be pushing all of our guildies to join through this form. I would like to have at least one community helper or officer from each Clouse <small>(sorry Ben, taking your word here <3)</small> by the end of the month, so each unit has a greater chance of acquiring new members.
With members joining the Rogues though, this allows the guild members to either stay as rogues, or eventually join a unit. I highly encourage members of each house who are playing ToR to sit in #dbtor and the ventrilo server to convince those rogued individuals to join your unit. I'm also going to suggest each unit make a post in the General Discussion forum. As a reminder though, don't spam the ever loving heck out of these guild members at their email addresses. Chances are most will be using personal email addresses and anything they don't see as someone they know, they will delete.
Finally, all of the awesome info about CF's, raid times, and PvP times are located here for quick and easy reading.
There are some things that Orv is still working on coding wise, that will be released when ready.

Yes. That's the lucky bit I mention at the top. :P It saves Tyno the pain of having to re-create the Republic guild on the same server.

That's a +1 for us. Also, does anyone know when this actually starts? Not sure if it's the 15th, 14th or 13th.
From what they posted, it depends on entirely on how early you pre-registered and figured out how to get your game code associated with your account... that is if of course you participated in one of the early test weekends. Emails start going out on the 13th to those who qualify for early access, and it sounded like the very earliest would be 7 days early... on the 13th... watch your email for the early invitation. The moment I get mine I am jumping on and starting to level up.
I am really looking forward to this. I am new to the community and have not done much actively, however, with my business slowing down over the Holiday's I hope to get to know people a bit and become more of a presence within DJB. I have to admit though this is really in-depth as far as information and promotions etc. so I am getting through it as fast as I can and Kudos to you guys for doing this I love the immersion in the universe aspect. I look forward to creating my own story for you all to read in the near future.

it looks like some more of the early birds will get in tomorrow and then the rest of us that preordered will definitely be on sometime thursday.
How many on the inquisitor path here? I will be looking for any hints from those leveling up fast... my goal is to get to lvl 10 and start crafting asap while building a bad ass damage dealing inquisitor. I will be very interested in talking to others who are also planning on crafting to make inworld money or quality items for the guild.

Nov 24 here... praying for a bonus wave, but definitely hopeful for tomorrow
the best advice i have read so far today was this: Immediately upon doing the first couple of quests, get to a spaceport and take a shuttle to the Empire/Republic and track down the crew skill trainers. Ask each of them the questions and get the 400+ exp points for adding this knowledge in your codex and pick up your 3 skills asap so that you can start scavenging/foraging or whatever it is you are going to do from a very early age. This quick little side trip will be a quick boost up to level 4 also and make the first few levels much faster and easier
