Well folks, as promised, the holocron switch over is now complete. As of this Saturday, anyone on the mailing list will see the first ever Dark Jedi Brotherhood Holocron mailout in their InBox. If you're not on the mailing list, go to the Holocron Signup page and get yourself on the list, bearing in mind please that the holocron is an HTML only mail out!

Dark council members no longer have the ability to send "Announcements", which means you will no longer see the weekly news postings as you usually would. All Dark Council members are now required to do their weekly announcements in report format, upon which the holocron is based.

As well as the dark council reports, All dark council members, Consuls, and ProConsuls have the ability to make announcment posts to be mailed out with the holocron. ANYONE wishing to have something added to the holocron, can submit the information to their Consul/proconsul for posting on their behalf.

For Dark Council reports or special announcements to make it into the weekly mail out, everything must be in before the end of the day on Friday, based on the host server time. I'll be updating the page to let people know what time the server says it is, so that you know whether your posts will make it into that weeks mailing or not, but for now, just be darn sure you get them in early enough so you don't need to worry about it!
