I'll be doing a dual announcement. As of this posting, Inter-clouse transfers are locked down until the conclusion of the Vendetta. Rogue transfers will still be accepted. Also, please don't request any new competitions, as the Vendetta will be running and taking priority.

Now, as for the ACC. I'm giving 12 more hours to get Qualification match requests in, but after that all match requests will be d9'ed. As for existing matches, once Horizons begins, I'll be freezing them, so don't worry about TO'ing on currently open matches. Any questions, you know where I am.
