A day or two ago, Ood Bnar graded his 1,000th exam as a member of the Shadow Academy staff. This is a massive and (as far as I am aware) previously unheard of achievement. All up, Ood has spent nearly seven years with the Academy and is still going strong.
For his dedication to the Shadow Academy and the student who pass through it, Ood has been awarded a Ruby Scepter. You can read the full recommendation here.
I'm fairly certain that at this point I can safely say that Ood has tenure with the Shadow Academy.

When I first signed up (about 4 days ago) I dove into taking the Exams as a way to learn about the game, learn the background, and the rules. Ood has some an excellent job of not only encouraging, but providing details on what I missed when I did make mistakes. Thanks Ood!
