HOUSE NEWS:

1) Well, GRD Sickman, CMDR of DDD Squadron has stepped down from his
recently-attained CMDR spot. Thanks to Sickman, who did a great job as CMDR,
while he could :) So, I'm looking for a pilot wishing to move up and take
CMDR responsibility. Anyone can apply, I'm looking for someone able to

motivate their pilots and stimulate activity! Send applications to myself
and AED Gord <[Log in to view e-mail addresses]>.

2)
Congrats to JH Spearhawk and Ghostrider Squadron, on winning the the
House Galthain Competition!! We had a pretty decent showing, but we must
have more participation in upcoming competitions. I'll try to get the
medals handed out soon!

3) Speaking of upcoming competitions, PCON Drako has informed me about a
possible bout against Clan Arcona. Stay tuned!

Well, a week has gone by under my reign as QUA! And what a busy week its been. I'm glad to see that everyone seems to be active, and ready for anything :)

Firstly, Darkheart has assured me that the AWOL check will go out this weekend. I hope to have a very good response from this as there are a few up and coming comps for us.

Secondly, The deadline for SGT applications is monday. I already have a few people in mind, but I'd like to see more applications. Because I have been unable to make any of the melee nights, I have asked people to look out for JK talent! Once I am able to make the melee nights, I hope to run some training sessions of my own for people wanting to learn Full Force. I know everyone likes to play sabers nf all the time, but I'm sure that one people start learning FF, they will play it allot more. This will also be somthing I will look for in a new SGT - a good teacher, with experience in FF.

Recently, there have been a few disputes as to being in zone clans aswell as being in the DB. I know, because I have been in many zone clans, that there is absolutly no problem with it, aslong as you are still able to carry out your house deuties. Playing on the zone is somthing which I encourage all of you to do, as its both good JK experiencs, and a prime location for recruting for us!

Lastly, the new Kirleta website is looking good. Unfortunatly its not gone live yet, but I'm hoping that our good friend CoFo will begin ASP coding it soon. There will be a few extra bits on it, including a house JK ladder, which I will urge you all to participate in. More to come on that soon!
