Another week...another report. I guess its been a quiet week with a lot of people returning or going on leave. Well a lots starting this coming week so look out for details :)

Crimson had left Abel Malik in charge whilst on leave however Malik has encountered problems elsewhere so he cannot find time to be A-CMDR right now, hence Janos Silverwulf is the current acting CMDR of Sapphire. I recommend anything you send to him be CCed to Crimson though so Crim can update his own files when he returns.
Well i've yet to really recieve any interest yet, Scithe will do it if nobody else applies though thats not really overly fair on Scithe has he has work as Aedile as it is. So if anybody wants the job you've got until the end of the month, else Scithe will be taking it. I remind you theres a lot of big medals in it from what i'm told, so its not as if you'd go unrewarded. If you want details feel free to ask me.
I've not recieved anybody interested in running the house Run-Ons...does that mean nobody wants to do any further Run-Ons? I don't know exactly you're the ones making the choices currently...
I remind you its not a hard job, you would get rewarded when you did work and it does show administrative abilities and dedication to the house the sorts of things i take greatly into consideration when appointing Commanders or promoting above Guardian.
For those unaware Janos has returned after an unexpected two month exodus...seems to be becoming a habit among Sapphirians :P Anyhow, welcome back Janos and good luck filling Crim's shoes for a week...
An idea occured to me to encourage activity on our ladders (remember I would give a DC every month to the top of each ladder if people started participating more)...does anybody have any ideas on setting up a comp with Firefox? You'd that way get Clusters of Fire for every win you gained on the ladder...if you've got feedback on this idea please reply to the egroup :)
A large competition set up by our Commanders is going to start two weeks into Orbs of Power. I won't reveal details yet but its going to be big :)

I'm guessing that the motto/nickname competition is soon over so look out for the winners this time next week. Also its good to see Diamond getting some members eventually :)
Ruby Squadron
I'm thinking of installing some different rewards for earning Ruby titles, mainly for DJKs and above as currently they don't have as much reason to be active as those lower down the ranks. This actually has given me reason to add some extra levels to the activity points system...but i'm going to have to take this up with Kale who can then take it up with the Dark Council first so don't expect anything right now but hopefully it'll result in me awarding more medals as I know everybody keeps complaining i'm too strict with them :P

Thats all for this week...I see quite a lot happening between now and the end of the year so everybody keep active and i'm sure you'll be seeing a lot of promotions and medals during the coming months.
