First off Congratulations to Gord Darkonian. The 3rd PCON to be selected under my Consulship! He's been a busy lad already and updated the CSK site roster. Thanks Gord!

With a New GM comes a new DGM, Astatine has been selected by Firefox as Shaitan's replacement.

Congratulations to Aleema, who take 2nd in the MML.... from now 3rd Place Galthian! We got 2 houses in the top 3! Excellent stuff!

There's plenty of Competitions going on right now at Order leader level. Obies have JK, Sith battles and MP and the Krath the MML. Would like to see as much CSK presence in all these areas as Possible!

House summits are advised that the CPP mentioned before will now be implemented. use ya battle team leaders to help with this, any questions can be directed to the Clan summit.

Last but not least..... watch out for the coming CSK internal Clan competition.

-Wohoo! We have a new protector!! Congrats go out to ACO..I mean, PRT
silent!! Great job!!
-We're currently in SECOND PLACE in the MML!! However, it's a tenuous
second place: only 0.5 points ahead of Galthain and 2.5 points ahead of
Gladius. The current round has been released, but so far, nobody's said
much of anything.

-The new PCON will be announced today in the clan report. SBL Drako has
narrowed the candidates down to 4. Exciting! (well, sort of)

-KHP Mairin has nearly completed the Krath archives. There is a list of
people eligible to write a short intro to their works. Check djb.org
news for the list. (note to self: "send...in...intro...")

DB News: www.darkjedibrotherhood.org
-Unless you have been living in a hole (well, a hole without an
internet connection), we have a new GM. Chi-Long "resigned" and FireFox
was chosen to lead the DB into the new year. FF then fired DGM `Shaitan
and reinstated former DGM Astatine. Amidst all this, KCB Trevarus
pulled a Ramos (i.e. resigned then retracted the resignation).
-GM FireFox has posted some threads on the DB message board pertaining
to improving the DB. Go and let your voice be heard!

CURRENT COMPETITIONS:
-MML. Let's get going on this, people!! We're in second, but not by
much. I haven't heard anything regarding this current round, so get
reading everyone!

-Krath Monthly Topic. November's topic is "Initiation". All entries are
due to the KHP and her Magistrate by 2 December 2001. Minimum of 1.5
pages (NO double-spacing!).

-SotN has a run-on going. AoD has...ummm...?

(Since nobody tells me anything besides how many reports I've missed, I
don't really know what y'all are doing. That's why this section is so
lame. I mean, I'm resorting to tired, old jokes about Phantom. C'mon
people! Let your AED know what you're doing! I can make you famous!)

FISH FRY:

I've decided to go into the shipping business. Quick story: I'm waiting
for a very important package (which I paid extra to have shipped to me
overnight) on Friday. I wake up early because the UPS-boy came at
8:30AM the last time he delivered something (note: I stayed up late
writing a paper, so waking up early was not my most favorite thing). I
wait and wait and wait. 10:00. More waiting, checking email, dorking on
IRC, and waiting. 11:00. Waiting, waiting, watching TV, checking email,
waiting. 12:00. "Damnit! Stupid UPS-b*tch! I'm gonna miss my lunch
meeting!" So I leave the house at 12:15PM, no UPS-boy. I return home at
1:15PM to find a note on the door. "Hon, I've run off with the milkman
to Jama--" Oops. Wrong letter. "UPS tried to deliver you package at:
12:58PM. Will try again: Monday from 10AM to 2PM." AAARRRGGHHH!!

So on Monday, I waited again for loser UPS-boy. And waited. And waited.
And waited. 10 passed, no package. 2 passed, no package. 5 passed, no
package. By this point, I was ready to go over to UPS and lay the smack
down. Luckily for them, the UPS-f00l stopped by at...oh, SEVEN at
night, just in time for me to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!

Thus, if I started a rival company which actually delivered packages on
time, I'd make a fortune. "Trout Postal Service (TPS)"...No, sounds
like I'm shipping toilet paper. "TT's Shipping Service (TTSS)"...Nah,
too many double consonants. "Fishy Package Delivery Company: We may be
slippery, but we won't drop your valuables!"...YES!! THAT'S IT!! Watch
out UPS, here comes FPDC!! Now all I need is a venture capitalist,
someone like the guy who backed pets.com...I'm gonna be rich!!

Couple o' quickies I missed in the house report.

  1. I updated my archive on Aleema.net. If anyone else wants their
    archive updated, just send your writings to either me or Kaiann.

  2. I missed 2 whole comps!
    -CSK Caption comp. It's being run by JH Ari ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]). It ends
    on Monday (I think), so get your captions in! And remember, you can
    turn in as many captions as you want.
    -DGM mini-comp. Details are posted at djb.org. Basically, its a search
    for material that can withstand lightsaber attacks. Must be found with
    a credible source.

Azazels Final Thought's!!

I'm very pleased so far with what comps are now availible to everyone. It seems like there's so much going on, only so little participation from this house! This i find shameful as we have always done well in these comps in the past with a good turnout for each event! This must change!

**JK Tryout's - **In the week, DA CForce brought up about jk tryout's for a recruiting drive for house Kirleta. I have given the nod for this. You may seek to recruit new Obelisk troopers on the zone, or even bug your mates who have JK at home. Myself, AED/DJK Waza and SGT/DJH Ric Gravin, will be looking to award those who recruit well for the House. I want to have enough members to boost the roster so we can form another Brigade! Thats 2 SGT's instead of one!

**Feedback - **How would you feel about having a new Brigade? Good? Or bad? Please let me know how you'd feel, give me the pro's and con's to consider if you would please :)

On the whole of things..........Kirleta is looking silent and wanton. With the new merit system falling into place this should give you guy's the recognition that you deserve for your efforts! Do nothing and you will receive nothing! This is your chance, so give it a shot ;)
