House Marka Ragnos Weekly Report #17 - 18/11/01

HOUSE NEWS:

  • Roster Jumps from 16 to 21!

That's right we gained 5 new members this week.

  • Also, more good news. Two well earned promotions

happened this week.

Congratulations to the newly promoted Jedi Hunter

J'Rai and the Protector Ghost Angel.

  • Master Student Program started.

I am aware that Starlion and Tharivol are also

avaliable to take apprentices on. Although I believe

Starlion already has someone in mind.

We are looking for more senior members(DJK and

above) to step forward and offer their services to

train junior members of the house until they reach the

rank of DJK.

When this happens the apprentice will be able to

take on his own student and the master take another.

Masters help to guide junior members. By advising

them what they should be doing, such as competitions

and activity.

Also masters may set things for apprentices to do

such as a specific fiction title to help guide them.

Hopefully in the future we can have competitions

between master/student pairings. Maybe even in the

Combat rooms.

  • ORBS OF POWER

The Clan Competition, Orbs of Power has now been

running for a two weeks and I want to see

participation from all.

Run-on is going well, so lets try and keep it going.

Special mention to StarLion for his consistantly

good posts so far. Keep it up.

Tetrachs. I want to see you participating and

motivating your Tyros.

Tyros, get posting on the run-on and thinking about

what you want to write for the stories.

I realise 3 stories, may seem a little boring to you

all, but I want to see everyone submitting to at least

one of events 2, 3 and 4.

Event 1 - Run on on the message board. Go & Post!

Event 2 - Story. Search for the Orbs whereabouts

through undercover work.

Event 3 - Story. Recover and return with the Krath

Orb.

Event 4 - Story. Determine what each of the Orbs of

Power do.

Event 5 - Graphics. Create a graphic that goes along

the story line.

  • House Run-On Competition is still on hold and will

be until the completion of OoP

Im very impressed with the progress so far,

especially the new members. It will restart after OoP

is over.

  • Recruitment Campaign still running. Coordinated by

KAP Khobai. Dark Cross for recruiting 1 or more new

members each month.

  • Night Hawks webiste update. Be sure to go and take

at look at: http://hawks.fignet.org

  • I intend to give the HMR website a good going over

the next week. Fix broken links etc. Look out for

that.

  • The possibility of fued with another Krath house has

been put on hold due to OoP.
