after last week's poetically inspired report, just your plain old House summary.

ACTIVITIES

Three letters: GKW. And that's not for Go Kill Wicket but for Great Krath War.
So far I have five members who have completed their run-on minimum (okay, so

our contribution will count which is... GOOD) as well as the Event #2. That's
okay, but it's not yet truly Aleema. "Aleema" is when we get to twice that (Hi
Maradis, Osan'gar, Ghost, just to name a few. The deadline for the description
event is this Saturday, two days from now, so fire up your word processor and
write that one page. It's really quick and it'll help us get to a good lead
right from the start (and nothing better than discouraging the competition from
the beginning).

Speaking of "write" - the run-on is growing nicely, but the last few days have
seen a bit less speed. Arion, you should really discover something there so
we'll have a place to land, or do I have to MAKE YOU discover it ?

Three more letters: Ast. Stands for Astatine. And he has a big EH-wide event
called "Prelude to Andevia" and he's standing ready with a truckload of medals
to be given for the many topics and challenges he put out. And he's gonna be...

displeased if too few people participate. So check it out and select your

favorite piece of it to compete. With all these events, you may even win with a
rather mediocre submission if you are lucky and find the one nobody else plays
in ;-). Along this line, CSK has a run-on going for this event and what better
way to serve your Clan than quickly chiming in there between your GKW efforts ?

And three more: KHP. Krath High Priest and she runs Monthly Topics. An activity
Aleema has done really well in so far, don't break the series. And the topic
is "Resurrection".

Another three letters: QUA. They represent the guy you keep happy when you
actually participate. And you don't want him unhappy, do you ?

ROSTER CHANGES

Let's stick with the three letter thingy: GRD. Nice rank and it was awarded to
Tomaas Montte, congrats again.

What ? Tired of that three letter business ? Okay, four letters: AWOL. This
is what will happen to two from our ranks very soon. The request is with the
MAA (Well, it is, Tatsu ?!?) and I'm awaiting this consolidation to happen
any day now.

TRIVIA

Four more letters: Elya. She runs the weekly(? Elya, wasn't that weekly? ;-
) ) Aleema Trivia and so far, you folks have been real nice to me by giving me
so little competition. Could you please change this, I prefer to have actual
challenges.

FISH FRY:

Well, my university decided last week that teaching us for another
semester would be beneficial for all involved (read: school started
back up). I don't know about that: how many nights in a row can I stay
up well past midnight and still be expected to produce quality work?
Okay, lots. But still, school sucks.

Something called the Stone of Light has crept into our collective
vocabularies, along with the acronym GKW. For more information on this,

reading that over, could someone please give me a description of what
the Stone of Light is? I'm kind of lost...

Hey! Here's a joke for y'all (slightly modified for the DB):

A Krath, a Sith, and an Obelisk were exploring a desolate planet when
they came across a small settlement. They were tired and wanted a place
to sleep, but a sign on the fence of the settlement said "ERGOIH NIWE",
which means "NO TRESPASSERS!". The three Dark Jedi shrugged and went in
anyway. They entered a hangar and readied themselves for bed when
outside, a resident with a blaster yelled, "If anyone not from this
planet is in here, we'll blast ya!" Too tired to fight, the three
scrambled for hiding places; they each found their own empty storage
canister to hide in. The residents (fifty of them) entered the hangar.
They first stopped at the Krath's canister and banged on it. The Krath
showed them the image of a cat and said, "MEOW!" The residents moved
onto the Sith's canister and banged on it. The Sith showed them the
image of a dog and said, "WOOF!" The residents moved onto the Obelisk's
canister and banged on it. The Obelisk didn't implant any image, simply
saying "Potatoes!"

Back to the three letter business: YOU. It's you who make the difference
between a winning House and a lagging one. And with all that's offered out
there, I don't want to hear anyone saying "But there's nothing to my liking".
Or if you do say that, tell me what Krathish activity you'd like to see and
I'll make it happen. And then you have no more excuse.

Myself and the other summits of CSK have had a little ticking from the DGM............and this is about copy/pasting of the News page on DB.Org. So it is for yourselves to read up on the latest news and keep up with it!!

I have myself only done this the one time, so i'm not gonna say 'i've never done it!', but how do i know you guy's look at it?? Exactly! I don't know!! Anyway.........next week i'll have an interveiw with Mara Jade (Shannon Baksa) for you guys :))

Onto this week then........... ** ** Kirleta News.

1. Huge congratulations to AED Waza for his promotion to OW! And also to SGT Ric Gravin on his promo to DJK............well done guy's ;)

2. I am still working on the Darkside histories, only now it will be a joint effort! There's three of us working on these! So can anyone make a cool site where this stuff can get posted? Some Graphics will also be needed............medals and promotions will be up for grabs if you can assist with this project of mine :) Please mail me if you can :))

3. AED Waza has a screenshot comp going on right now.............i urge you all to get some JK in, on the zone is good if you can find nobody to play...........all we need is a screenie to show that you are alive and well!!

4. I'm getting cable!!!!! And when i do..........i will be returning to the MP arena! This means that i will be back on the JK front..........i think i want to kick CON Drako's butt a bit too...........and you Rizzy! >:}

5. **Prelude to Andevia comp is on! - **Guy's if you want to design a level, write fiction , post a run on (there's a CSK One on right now) then please do so!! I have posted, so has OW Waza!
