1) I'm giving one more week for feedback on the competition medal...if none occurs, I'll just be going ahead with the second phase of the competition

2) Medal Reminders:

• You can't award a medal to yourself

• You can't award a superior officer a medal (You can, however, send an email recomendation about that officer - this is encouraged)

Other than that, the Brotherhood membership has been very good about medal awards in the past while. I'm very pleased.
