Krath announcements for another week!

1: The Monthly Story and Poem Topics will be closing this weekend at 11.59pm EST on Sunday night, to be replaced with some different topics for April. You still have time to write a submission if you want to! The Story topic is Redemption, and should be 1 page minimum in length. Send your submission as an attachment (.doc, .txt, .rtf) to [Log in to view e-mail addresses]. The poem topic is "Love of the Dark", and should be written as lyric poetry (if you're unsure of how to write lyric poetry, then please visit http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.org/krath/focus/. 2: The Big Script Competition is only open until 11.59pm EST this Monday, 1st April. Your entries should be approximately 5 pages in length, on the topic of "Descent into Darkness", and should have a Dark Jedi theme. You can work in groups, just make sure to include all ID lines within the submission so we know who to reward! The idea is to make these submissions into motion pictures and animations where we can. 3: Nominations for Scholar of the Month are now due in - Summits take note! I've only received two nominations so far, so there's another five to come in. I await them. :P

4: Summits also note that weekly activity summaries are still due for the moment - I will be looking into re-evaluating the need for these reports for some Houses this weekend.

5: Later in April I'm going to be looking into running a Combat event for the Krath. This won't be a compulsory competition, but it may be an idea for people who haven't taken part in a formalised combat to have a go, as this kind of event may be included in the forthcoming GJW. I'll be publishing lists of rules before the event starts so you can all familiarise yourselves with them. There will also be a form for people to sign up to take part in the event.
