Crimson Vanguard Report on 04/21/2002

In case you hadnt guessed in back from leave. I have come back right into the thick of things as we have embarked on the Sith War! I expect good participation in this. It doesnt happen very often and is important to put up a good showing for Archanis and Taldryan.

Once again i apologise for the complications that occured during my leave and for the lateness of this report.

There are two Flight Leader gaps to be filled. Please somebody apply for them. The FLs are required to set a good example and keep in contact with their Flights. Thats all i ask.

Activity is improving now i am getting a few reports. Those of you that havnt submitted a report to me, shame on you. Make sure you do it. I believe we have a bad situation here as some of you I have not spoken to. I want you ALL to e-mail me ny next Friday or i will be asking for your removal from Crimson Vanguard. Im sorry to have to do this but the communication I am getting from some of you is not acceptable. Apologies to those that did submit reports.

Orders

Firstly respect the chain fo command. This means e-mail stuff to me first unles it is about me.

Secondly stay in contact. The first step to doing this is submitting your weekly activity reports to me every Thursday. Even if there is no activity to put in them still submit them.

Thirdly try and stay active. What youe get out of this directly relates to what you put in. Go to the trivia nights and the Archains Training night. Submit anything you think might constitute activity to me and put it in your reports.
