For ALL competitions, CRESCENTS should be the award! Not a Dark Cross, not a Star of Eos, not a Steel Cross! CRESCENTS! I'm going to start keeping track of who's following the guidelines of awarding, and those who CONSTANTLY just ignore the rules I've set down and make up their own will have hell to pay.

And to anyone who is still complaining about the changes I made, too bad. I gave you all a very long time to give me comments, and if you think such changes were "ill-advised" then don't recommend awards.
