Ric Gravin, CrimsonAngel, and Bob walked into the Goluud Cantina for a drink together. Just as they were going to drink, a fly landed in each of their drinks and got stuck in the creamy head. Ric Gravin pushed away his beer in disgust. CrimsonAngel fished the fly out of his beer, and continued to drink as if nothing had happened. Bob picked the fly out of his drink, held it out over the beer, then yelled:

#003 - Jedi Knight Compendium
The Tactical Office, being responsible of all custom levels for all official EH game platforms, is going to build a Level Compendium for all the games of the Jedi Knight series, namely:
Dark Forces
Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight
Mysteries of the Sith
Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
For each of these games, the compendium will be divided in
custom Single-Player Levels
custom Multi-Player Maps
SP Levels will be classified by sugroups, depending on the plotline of these (the same way battles for TIE,XvT,XWA are separated in the Battle Compendium). MP Maps, will be grouped together (like free missions for TIE,XvT,XWA). The EH standards for these levels and maps are still to be clearly defined, but they can be approximated for now to:
Good overall design quality
EH-oriented plotline
Installation Instructions, Author credits (ID-line+email), LEC Licence Agreement about Addon Levels in a readme.txt file
If you happen to have designed some custom EH-oriented levels, feel free to submit them to the Tactical Officer Fleet Admiral Striker([Log in to view e-mail addresses]), with the subject "Custom Level Submission". Attach the levels or give a location where it can be downloaded. The levels must involve the EH (at least for SP Levels).
#004 - TACA Position Open
In order to supervise the construction of the JK Compendium, the Tactical Office is looking for a new TACA to deal with JK business. The duties involved are:
Help the Tactical Officer with the building of EH standards for custom JK levels
Help the Tactical Officer with the approval of EH custom JK levels
Be on the lookout for news about JK Custom Level Design
The required criteria for the position are:
Must have JK,MotS,JK2 (Dark Forces as well if possible)
Must have some custom level design skills for these games
Minimum rank of CM (TIE Corps), JH (Dark Brotherhood) or equivalent, OR two recommendations from commanding officers
Some other criteria may be an asset for an application:
Some commanding experience (to eventually lead a small team of testers)
Have TIE,XvT,XWA and some knowledge about custom mission design
Good HTML Skills
Some knowledge in ASP,PHP, database design

#008 - House Status
Things continue on the uprise. Many joined us this week. CrimsonAngel and Gravin are doing fine jobs with their respective brigades. And I see much activity from all of you. This is all fine and dandy, but we have along way to go yet.
This summer is going to see some big competitions in our Clan. A Clan Fued is in the talks as well as the upcoming DB Vendetta. So we must prepare. And to help us prepare I have chosen the new Aedile of House Primus Goluud. I have already sent in the reccomendation to the Master at Arms and has been approved by Consul Keldorn. So by the end of the weekend we will have a new Aedile.
Keep up the good work all. Remember a happy Quaestor equals promos and medals. :P

Goluud Graphics Competition
As the house website is in desperate need of graphics this competition will hopefully solve that problem.
TASK: Create any graphic that involves either House Primus Goluud or the Obelisk Order. It can be a banner, logo, image, anything at all as long as it keeps with HPG or the Obelisk.

House Motto Competition
House Primus Goluud has had the same motto since pretty much its beginning.
Legio Patria Nostra
I would like to change this motto as the meaning (The Legion is our Fatherland) dosen't really fit in with the house. So your job is too come up with a new Motto. I would like to keep with tradition and have it still be in latin, but you are not required to submit one in latin.

In my quest to bring more and more members to our little house, I recently was interviewed by reporter Ali G from ImpNet. The following is a transcript from that interview:

Ali: So, how long's you been a Rebel MC then?
Bob: I'm not a Rebel.
Ali: But you is an MC, innit?
Bob: No. I'm a Dark Jedi.
Ali: So is it safe to say you never laid down a bit of drum and bass before then?
Bob : That's correct, yes.
Ali: For real. So, what about Rebel girls then? Do you fink you could ever marry a Rebel girl?
Bob : I don't think so.
Ali: But what if she was fit?
Bob : Again, because of my political beliefs, no.
Ali: Not even if she 'ad 'er own Wookie?
Bob: It would be tempting, but no..
Ali: But what if she had her own car, AND sound system and she wasn't gonna be stealing money off you and shaggin' yer mates all the time. Would you marry 'er then?
Bob: I don't think I could even be friends with Rebels.
Ali: But could you get jiggy with them?
Bob: Could I what?
Ali: You know, ride the punani? Give 'em some trouser snake?
Bob: You mean have... intimate relations with a Rebel?
Ali: Not wif your relations, man... keep it clean! Dis be a family show!
Bob: Well, no, I don't think I could.
Ali: But what if they woz really, really fit?
Bob: NO.
Ali: Wot about Princess Leia? Would you marry 'er?
Bob: NO!
Ali: So you is telling me that if she walked in 'ere now and asked you to marry 'er you wouldn't?
Bob : No, it would be betraying the Empire.
Ali: Not even if she brought Mara Jade and Mon Mothma in for a bit o' some three-way action?
Bob : NO.
Ali: Yeah, well that Mon Mothma, she be a bit minging innit? Face like a jawa's ass.
Bob: Her looks don't enter into it. She's a Rebel scum and a traitor.
Ali: So you really believe this stuff then?
Bob: ....
