I'm gonna try and get these revamped and up to date

ASAP - I want to start linking them to a form of "report card"

system: everymember will get a card, on it will be any

imformal commendations from TET/AED/QUA and

there will be a list of their progress through the trials so

each member will know what they need todo for the next
