<p class="report">The Tetrarch entered the Ebon Cloak meeting hall, a look of concern upon his face.</p>

<p class="report">"My Tyros...  I have been reviewing my personal records for each of you, and I am disturbed by the poor response to the orders that I have set forth in each of my reports.  We are the training phyle, and we are currently filled to capacity.  Because of this, I may have to start making some rather unpleasant decisions regarding those of you who aren't making an effort to progress through the training program.  The details of the program are now posted on the phyle's website.  Before their posting, my orders were meant to guide you through the first steps of our training program, but I see that few of you are taking advantage of the opportunities that I have provided."</p>

<p class="report">He paused for a moment.  "As of this very moment, if you do not have a history in the Brotherhood's database, I expect you to create a history and submit it.  I am not asking for a work of a master, just enough material for the Database to approve your entry."</p>

<p class="report">"Next, regardless of your rank, if you have not completed Krath Basic Studies, complete it immediately.  If you have a history in the Brotherhood Database, then you should be awarded some bonus points towards the Krath Basic Studies exam."</p>

<p class="report">"While you're messing around in the database, be sure your skills are up to date.  About three of you don't have any sort of listing on your skills.  As Krath, you should be able to put at least a score of 1 in the 'Writing Composition' category."</p>

<p class="report">"If you get done with Krath Basic Studies, go ahead and tackle another course from the Krath section of the Shadow Academy.  I assure you that you'll benefit from these courses."</p>

<p class="report">Dark Greetings,</p>

<p class="report">It seems that life has a way of catch us when we least expect it. Or in some cases, our computer. Thus the reason for the delay. I am sure that some of you will be pleased to know that I now have a better monitor than when I first began designing the Ebon Cloak holosite, and as such it enables me to more effectively design. I think some of you may have already noticed that the website resizes itself to fit in monitor resolutions other than 800x600, even if that is the recommended size.</p>

<p class="report">Some of you may also have noticed the text is different. This is not by accident. I am currently working towards formatting everything into a streamlined whole. Hopefully things will turn out as I plan.</p>

<p class="report">I must apologize for not getting the promotion guidelines up. Due to loosing my computer for several days to install a new hard drive I forgot such a directive, and--unreminded by my Master and Tetrarch--have failed to put them up. They will, however, be up shortly. I hope such an oversight can be forgiven.</p>

<p class="report">Some of you may have read in my last report that the Chancellor was running a competition. Well, due to lack of participation and general un-amusing posts, the Chancellor has been forced to close the competition off. Let us strive to see that does not happen again, my Tyros.</p>

<p class="report">Some of you, I'm sure, have noticed the title "Dark Hand" instead of Executive Officer to the left in the Phyle Roster, and the bottom in between the two horizontal bars. A little while back while in the Dark Brotherhood channel on mIRC, secondary positions in Battleteams got into discussion, and someone suggested that title for the secondary in a Krath Phyle. I thought it befitting, as the Krath use their hands--albeit oftentimes in wielding a pen more than a lightsaber--and I spoke to our Tetrarch on the matter. He liked the idea as well, and said that I should go by that from now on. Well, who am I to argue? So, I now have a better and less militant title.</p>

<p class="report">We will be getting a competition up shortly--partly pending approved--and I hope that everyone participates, as activity is one of the main requirements for promotion. Also, please submit any and all ideas you have for competitions, or activity. Some of them may seem rediculously simple, or obvious, or even stupid in some minds, but we are truly looking for any and all input as to what out Tyros want to do. We are, after all, a training Phyle.</p>

<p class="report">I would also like to note that any comments or suggestions anyone has about the website are welcome, as I am constantly striving to improve the website to better serve all my Tyros, as well as the Dark Brotherhood in general. So if you have any problems/suggestions/ect. please do not hesitate to email me about them.</p>

<p class="report">On a final note I ask that everyone who has a Master get in contact with them as soon as possible. Their participation will be crucial for your promotion. Please make sure that they are in contact with your Tetrarch JLek, as he needs to approve any task they would lay out before they may in turn give it to you.</p>

<p class="report">But, enough of my babble. Just keep an eye out for changes on the website, and get in contact with your masters--or get one if you dont have one--and prepare yourself for action. This is your Executive Officer signing off! May the Force be with you all!</p>
