This week has been a busy one. First, I'd like to announce that for all new recruits, the Medal of Instruction will be given to the person who recruited the person. Understand that this medal may only be given for new recruits, not for recruiting current members into your House or Clan. Currently, it will be the job of the Master-at-Arms to recommend these medals, but soon, Deputy Grand Master Astatine will code the join form such that the medals will be distributed automatically.

I have also been in talks with the Combat Operations Officer, Vice Admiral Khadgar, about how to best handle the awarding of Brotherhood multiplayer medals for TIE Corps competitions. Ultimately, it has been decided that, for now, Khadgar and his assistant will send me all Brotherhood-related results and I will process the awards. In the future, again thanks to Astatine, there will be a form in our database not unlike the one in the TIE Corps database that will allow the tournament host to enter in the results and medals will be distributed automatically. A long term goal is, once the Events Calendar is working to its full capacity, that we may be able to host our own multiplayer events, sans COO sponsorship.

I have received several submissions to the Dark Voice this week (I haven't an accurate count as of yet). The tentative release date for Dark Voice 28 is the week of July 15th. There's much to look forward to, including a completely new design for the Dark Voice itself. Also included will be my interview with Deputy Grand Master Astatine, as well as anything and everything you submit! I would also like to mention that screenshots from JK, JK2, XWA, XvT and TIE are acceptable provided there's something interesting about the picture (I will not just take screenshots of scores or standing models).
