Greetings Fellow Sith, I am your new BattleTeam Commander, SBM Pel. I've been a member of Tarentum for about three years now, or since sometime before the Houses became Single Order (time gets fuzzy). Anyway, in that time, I have served as Sub-Zero CMDR, AED, and QUA of Tridens, PCON and CON of Tarentum, and most recently as FL in Sub-Zero. I also have served from FM to COM, and now WO in the TIE Corps. I'm pleased to have this chance to work with you, as we continue our efforts to be the best House and Clan (and maybe the best Battleteam in that House!).

First I will go over what my expectations are in Hammerhead, and then we will cover all the competitions that we need to do. Below are all the Competitions we are involved in, and the order in which they should be done.

Weekly reports will be issued by me, almost always on Monday. My email is [Log in to view e-mail addresses], and I answer mail usually within 24 hours. My AIM is also palinathas, and if I am on, I usually answer. On IRC, I frequent many different EH channels, including #Tarentum (all on the Undernet), with a usual nick of VA_Pel, and a standby of SBM_Pel.

I expect all of you (FM and FL) to send in to me all DB battles you fly (whether you get them BSF'd by your TC Superior or not), we keep track here independantly. Anything that is sent to someone above me (AED/QUA/PCON/CON/SHW/ETC) for a comp, should also be CC:d to me, so I can keep track of your activity. FMs, if you have questions, about anything, you may ask your FL, or come to me. FLs, if you cannot answer a question, please come to me with it. FLs, I ask you to keep on top of your FMs, weekly activity will be noted in my reports, if there is no reason listed for a lack of activity, try to motivate them. FMs and FLs, if in any given week, you have gotten nothing done, just send me an email, stating so, and if there is a good reason, why.

This is the most important thing to get done, If you can play MP, do the MP Sith events, if not, do the SP Sith events, and as many Open events as you can. Participation counts here, so submit it even if you don't have a high score. Make sure you follow the rules for submitting Sith events. Make sure to CC: myself, the QUA/AED/PCON/CON on these, so if something is wrong, one of us can send it on to the correct person.

If you get all of these done, then give some thoughts to our squadron, at the moment we are bereft of such things as mottos, Flight nicknames, and other such fun stuff. Send me some suggestions!

Last, but not least, try and recruit some new members, obviously we cannot steal from Sub-Zero, nor from other Houses, but we can talk to the Rogues, we can convince others to join the Brotherhood.
