Dark dudes and dudettes!

Another week, and yet another report for me to send out. Lucky me... As well as the normal everyday job I have, and all the Consular duties, and all the stuff I have to do as Pretend:KHP I'm also in the Territorial Army (the Brit Army version of the Yank Army Reserves). For me this weekend means eating rations and crapping in a bucket for two and a half days. As you can probably tell I just can't wait...

Anywho, you all don't care about what I'm getting up to. You only care what there is for you to do while I'm off enjoying myself.

1.) Krath Battle Boards have started this week, run by Consul Ciara "Gorgeous" Tiernan. I've been going over the Krath Message Board every day this week and people seems slow on getting started. You should have already been reminded, but please check the MB to see if you are supposed to the part. The first listed combatant in the Topic title is the dude (or dudette) who is supposed to get things started off.

2.) I don't want to go away this weekend.

3.) Message boards are still looking a little bleak. In case you didn't notice there is a link at the bottom of the main DJB MB that will take you directly to the Krath section. At the minute there only seems to be about four or five of us who post regularly, so maybe we should be doing something else to get people posting. If you have any ideas as to something that would get the MB kicking again then either please let me know, or even go and start a topic yourself.

4.) As I write this report it is pissing down and my soaking wet cat has come into the house looking like a drowned rat... and I'm supposed to be looking forward to this...

5.) Cymbre Kall has stepped down from her position as Aedile of House Acclivis Draco. I would like to pass on my thanks to her for the work she has done while in the position, and I hope that she finds what she's after in CSK to where she has transfered.

6.) As well as getting soaked to the skin all weekend, I'll be missing both England getting beaten tomorrow afternoon, and Ireland kicking Spain's ass on Sunday in the World Cup second round. :(

7.) A DJB wide run-on has started and can be found at http://www.ehnet.org/mb/viewtopic.php?t=527 and there will be nice shiny awards for the best and funniest posts. This should be easy for the Krath to clean up in it getting all the awards. Have you seem some of the stuff that Obbies and Sithies try to write? :P
