Some important changes are going to be implemented. The first one relates to lightsabers. Under the current system, a member can acquire a "specially modified" lightsaber at Dark Side Adept (DA), while a Dark Jedi Master (DJM) can use the dual-bladed style of lightsaber used by Darth Maul. Under the new system, a member gets their "custom" saber at SBM/OBM/KAP, while a member can acquire the dual-bladed saber at DA. The exact process and procedures relating to getting a custom or dual-bladed saber on your dossiers will be sorted out at a later date. I will be trying to make it as automated as possible.

Secondly, Firefox and I have devised guidelines relating to opening new battleteams. They're really based on common sense, so there's no real reason to moan and carry on about it. In order to open a new battleteam in your house, you must meet the following requirements:

• An appropriate name for the team

• At least ten (10) members in each of the other battleteams in the house

• At least three (3) people to be members of the new battleteam

Applications to open new teams should be directed to myself and Firefox, and include the house and clan summits. We're doing it this way so the DB doesn't get stretched thin over a lot of battleteams.

Lastly, competitions. Do not submit a competition with no awards. Do not submit a competition with something like "Whatever house awards". Why? Because I will start denying it. If the competition does not result in any awards being given, then say "No awards will be given to winners" or something like that. If you are giving awards, specifically list them, in detail (what each place gets, etc).
