To my new squadron brothers. This is my first report as CMDR of the squadron. I want to first say I am glad to be here and I hope and intend to make this allot of fun and try new things out for us. I have a few ideas to toy with, but first and foremost I want to get to know all of you better. Some of you I have already met and some I have not. I like to keep our communications at a high and I like to see allot of interaction between all of us. I want to hear all your ideas that you may have or would like to try out here in the squadron, please feel free to bring them to me, so we can try to use them. I know that we have allot of experience here and I would like to use it, being somewhat new I would like to learn more and gain as much knowledge as I can from all of you. Feel free and I encourage all of you to contact me with any ideas you want to see us use, comps, fictions graphs, no matter I LOVE TO HEAR IT.

My first order of business is a little graphics comp to start things out, I noticed that we do not have a really kick ass squadron banner, so I am implementing a squadron comp to design us a really killer banner. So get the ideas rolling and let see what you got. Myself and Arso will decide the winner and I will reward a nice little prize for the winner. I will set the deadline to 3 weeks, making the deadline to 16 Sept 2002. This gives you plenty of time to get something together. PLEASE BE CREATIVE.

My second thought is having a battle or a mission of the month as a in house squadron comp, the highest score gets one, bragging rights as the squadrons top ace and I will also implement a ace award to each winner. This will also go in hand of getting ourselves notices not only as a squadron but as outstanding members of the brotherhood.

As a member of the US Armed forces of 13 years this sis my motto,"Take care of your people and your people will take care of you." I like to work together as a whole, even our individual efforts better us as a squadron.

So I look forward to working and flying with you all, and I really want to hear from you, I encourage my Flight Leaders to set the example, and be leaders, as I will follow your lead and make myself a better partner in this squadron.
