Another week as Chancellor. My apologies for this late update, so I'll be brief.

• The Crescent system has been changed again, albeit slightly. Please see the Awards section of the Dark Side Compendium (http://abyss.borkweb.com/chan/awards/awards.html) for full details. The change is not retroactive, so if you send in recommendations for past competitions, I will award Crescents based on the old system. However, from now on, all competitions should use the new system.

• I went through the database earlier this week and properly updated all Medal Recommendations privileges according to the ones set forth in the Awards section of the DSC. Most will find that they cannot award as many medals as they used to. Sorry!

• Dark Voice 30 will be delayed for an indefinite amount of time. While I feel truly sorry about this, I lack the time and motivation necessary to publish it. Therefore, Korbane Ashoka will be trying his utmost best to release it as soon as possible. My sincerest apologies in regards to this, and I thank Firefox for giving me the chance to work on the publication.

People either e-mail the updated information and don't recommend the award again, or they simply do not recommend the award again. Aediles and above, please do not cheat your members like that.
