General DB news:

There are now 2 new DB courses recently released:

the Sith Core Course (S:Core): http://www.sithorder.org/sithcore

and the DB Leadership Course: (LS-S): http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.org/dbjedi/shadowacademy/sa/leadershipnotes.htm

Many HLK members have already taken these courses which i am pleased to see!

Change to the Crescents

The following change has been made to the Medal System glares at the groaning masses, and then continues

The Crescent has now been incorporated to deal with Brotherhood-wide, non-Vendetta events. Novas may only be given for Vendettas; in all other cases, Crescents must be awarded. The new structure is as follows:

Diamond Star (Cr-1D) First in an Brotherhood-wide competition

Ruby Star (Cr-1R) First in Order, Second in Brotherhood

Amethyst Star (Cr-1A) First in Clan, second in Order, third in Brotherhood

Sapphire Star (Cr-1S) First in House, second in Clan, third in Order

Emerald Star (Cr-1E) First in Battle Team, second in House, third in Clan

Topaz Star (Cr-1T) Second in Battle Team, third in House

Quartz Star (Cr-1Q) Third in Battle Team

Nothing too complicated. The changes are not retroactive. If you already had a competition going with the old system, keep it going and award the medals. Any competition from this day forward must adhere to the new guidelines.

New CON:

Our new Consul is none other than SBL Goatham, well this is old news now (i probably can stop posting this in my reports now, eh? ;p).

New PCON:

Currently, and for the near future it seems CNS will not have a PCON, but since SBL Goatham is a very competent leader who cares;p.

New HLK members:

NOV Saber (Sith)/Ludo Kressh of Naga Sadow joined HLK after i released my report last week, welcome to HLK and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

AWOL check results:

HLK now has 19 members due to the results of the recent AWOL check after the fued results were in, hopefully we're down to the truly active house members now. While i regret seeing people go activity in the house is of crucial importance. I will renew some comps again soon, but i was giving people and our superiors time to get things in order.

new bi-weekly flting comp:

Here's a new HLK flying comp and will give people something to fly towards the monthly flying comp:P. (the battle's been attatched to this report)

you all have 2 weeks to complete and send DB-XvT7 to me at [Log in to view e-mail addresses] , change the pilot files to your name for easy marking if you please. - that's before the end of October 6th.

medal breakdown: (this comp was approved by our GM FireFox himself).

1st place will receive a Sapphire Star (Cr-1S)

2nd place will receive a Emerald Star (Cr-1E)

3rd place will receive a Topaz Star (Cr-1T)

be advised this comp is an activity check of sorts- i'm checking to see which pilots are active and willing to fly in HLK.

inactivity will no longer be tolerated in HLK.

HLK Battleteams:

Emerald Squadron was shut down due to the results of the recent AWOL check, everyone in Emerald should have transfered to either Sapphire or Diamond squadron.

Many weeks ago we re-asigned the battle-teams: if your not happy where you are we always can transfer you. Remember: only members of the Battleteams can participate in the ongoing comps!

HLK vs HPG run-on:

to qoute the last drunken CMDR, my ol pal SW Janos Silverwulf "The Kressh fortress has been invaded by HPG so get posting on the run-on and make sure thay don't make fools of us." :p Heed his word fellow Sith, it's time to kick their butts in non-lethal combat. /me raises his Stun Baton!

Monthly Flying comp: (a single player comp, this one i always participate in:p.)

keep in mind that there's always a monthly flying comp going on in HLK in which you fly the official EH battles & missions. Cresents for the top three participating pilots will be awarded.
