Dark Jedi Knight Astix reporting for Sith Battleteam Pandragon Squadron - 01/10/02

News/Activities

-Well, I guess the obvious news is that it's been a week with me in the warm leather chair of CMDR. The universe hasn't come to an end, so I can't be doing too badly, right?

-Flight Leader Guardian Philo is Squadron XO.

-Squadron motto is "Through fire and hell".

-Thanks to the valiant efforts of this squad, we've reached the finals of the Sith Squadron League. Our opponents are Hyperion of Arcanis, and they don't stand a chance! Battle is TIE-TC-133 "Punishment Tour", and has been sent to everyone by AED Narcissus. Deadline is the 13th October (a week on Saturday). It's a long battle but reasonably do-able, even for a pretty average flyer like me. Send your pilot file to Tarks Demos and Narc, and make sure to CC me in.

-CON Tarkin has launched the Arcona Crap Competition. Fly XvT-TC 45, TIE-TC 170 and/or XWA-TC 30 and try to get the lowest amount of points! The lowest scorers win! End date is October 20th, send pilot files to Tarkin, CC me. (I recomend turning on invunerability and unlimited ammo, personally.)

-The Master-Student Competetion starts in twenty days- if you want to take part, find a master or a student and sign up. It's all Krath-events, but we should be able to at least show that the Sith know the difference between a coma and a colon :-P

CMDR/DJK Astix: Started work on new squadron website. Halfway through TIE-TC-133 for the SSL. Also halfway through XWA-TC-30 for Arcona Crap Comp. IRC, email and messageboard activity.

FL-XO/GRD Philo: IRC and email activity. Submitted a few ideas for the new motto

FM/SBL Halcyon: IRC and email activity. Also came up with a few ideas

FM/SBL Reaper: IRC and email activity. Volunteered JH Turr to wear the latex Panda/Dragon-crossbreed lucky mascot suit for all official functions and matches.

Although I've not heard from five of you I'm happy for this week, since I've only just got into the seat. Next week however, I want to have heard from all of you without fail. Novice Logan, if you want any help or advice on what to do in the Dark Brotherhood feel free to contact any one of us and we'll do our best to help you.
