Sith High Warrior Report

Sith Order Report for the Week Ending October 5th, 2002

Well, it's been a long, and very interesting week for me. I've done some good things, and some extremely bad things. So this report is going to have news, and a little bit on the Chain of Command in the Sith Order, just so everybody knows how things work, and so I don't get blamed for things that I shouldn't be getting blamed for, even though it doesn't phase me too much.

Sith Order Chain of Commander

  1. Grand Master

  2. Sith High Warrior

  3. Consul

  4. Proconsul

  5. Quaestor

  6. Aedile

  7. Commander

  8. Flight Leader

What does that mean? Simple. Your position, whatever it is on there, should only be affected by people up to and including Consul. I do not work with anyone below the position of Aedile, in the terms of deciding the course of their career. I do NOT have the power to fire a Commander or Flight Leader. If I believe that should be done, I will pass the recommendation onto your Quaestor, and let them decide whether to heed my recc.

I do NOT have the right to outright fire a Quaestor or Aedile. If I want to do that, I have to go through my chain of command, as well as yours. I have to first talk to Consuls and Proconsuls about it, and then to the Grand Master.

Furthermore, just to make it clear, I have no power whatsoever over Consuls or Proconsuls, except that as an advisor, and only then, if requested.

If anyone has an issue with me, or my staff, I ask that you follow the chain of command, in that you email me before you email the Grand Master. You don't have to, but usually, it ends up better if you do, not only for me, but for you aswell, with the additional benefit that if you do that, I might respect your opinion more than if you skip me.

Anyways, now that I've preached my bit, we'll get onto regular business.

1) It is with great regret that I announce that Quaestor of House Archanis, Crix Madine, has resigned from his post. I had much more to do with his resignation than I'm happy with, and have apologized to Crix for it, but I'd just like to tell everyone else that I'm sorry for it. As for his replacement, please look to Consul Jeff "Tiger" Loruss of Clan Taldryan for any information regarding that.

2) SITH SQUADRON LEAGUE: Final Round! Congratulations to Hyperion Flight and Pandragon Squadron for coming this far. This has shown that you two Squadrons are the best all-around Squadrons in the Brotherhood, and despite the outcome, you should be proud of coming this far. For all of you Squadrons that are out of the running, but have earned points... don't fret, they're coming. I will award all points at the end of the tournament.

3) Sith TOP GUN. The matches have all been played, and I'd like to announce the following results...

XvT:

Philo [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]] Defeats Wil Striker [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]]

Brian [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]] Defeats Shups [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]]

Halcyon [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]] Defeats Nightflyer [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]]

Brian vs. Halcyon

Philo vs. Bye

XWA:

Wil [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]] Defeats Malik [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]]

Mell [[Log in to view e-mail addresses]] Defeats Pellaeon Delta-1@gmx.de

Wil vs. Mell

Congratulations to House Ronin for being the only House left in the XWA running, and House Oriens Obscurum being the only House left in the XvT running.

4) SITH ORDER STUDIES: Damn, we Sith are just amazing aren't we? We have four of the most active Shadow Academy Courses out there, and it's all thanks to you, the members. If these courses hadn't been popular, we'd never have seen the need to add more courses to the list! As of now, we're still looking for more course ideas, to continue this new and great tradition of Sith Scholars... I always knew you guys were the smartest anyways!

5) I'd like to bid a fond farewell to Headmaster Troutrooper... just order all of your spooks off me :P But honestly Fishy, if it hadn't been for you, I doubt the Sith Courses would have done as well as they did, thanks again, and congrats on promo and award!

6) Congrats to the new HM Mage (I have to kill you, remind me some time), and CoG Zigurath. Good luck to you both in your positions, and I imagine I'll be in touch, or at least filling your inboxes with crap :)

7) Work on the upcoming DB Wide Vendetta is continuing. Two of the Three Sith Order Single player missions have been completed, and the third is in process. All in All, we're almost ready to rumble people. Look to the DGM for more updates on a tentative starting date... I only work here ;P

8) I've got a few minor and major projects in mind, and I'll be working on them in days to come. One such idea that I'm very excited about is a re-emergence of the Sith Academy. Those of you old enough to remember this, will probably grimace in pain, and then remember proudly the scars it gave you. There are more, but I can't talk about em quite yet, as I haven't really gotten approval >:P

9) Finally, I'm going to once again voice this, and I hope you people will actually listen to me for once, and take this to heart.... if you have a problem with me, or how I'm running things, TELL ME. I can't fix it if you don't tell me. I had one member talk to me today, and while I may not agree with them, I do see their point, and am going to try to rectify my actions. Not only that, but this member will NOT be getting in trouble for bitching me out. I am a member of this club too, and I want this club to be fun for everyone. If it isn't, then I'm not doing my job, so TELL me.

That's it from me folks, and sorry about the 2day late report.

Fly Fast and Shoot Straight,

Sith High Warrior
