Sith Order Report
Well, I'll start this off with an apology for my total lack of existance these last few weeks. I'd tell you all the old bull about school and all that, but you've heard it a thousand times, and suffice it to say, it actually does exist, and it is evil, and should be shot. Now, moving on...
1.) My computer has decided to develop the "I'm an ass and I LOVE it" sydrome, and after a brief sojourn to the darkness of the world that is XP, I've returned to ever-trusty windows 98. Unfortunately, I've lost my mirc scripts, email sorters, and other various gadgets that made my life in the DB less than annoying as hell. I'm slowly working on bringing them back to life. For now, bear with me.
2.) I have finally concluded that my residence t3 connection is as fast as my 56k connection back home, unless I'm playing on the LAN. As such, being on IRC is a bitch, as it's uber laggy, and thus, I won't be on often. Life is busy here in University, so email is probably the best way of getting in contact with me. Alternatively, use ICQ, as it's almost always on, and I am paying attention to it when I am here.
3.) Still waiting on results from the Sith Squadron League, but I'm on good authority that the results will be released very soon, and as such, we'll crown the best Squadron of the Sith Order when those results are released. Before I know who did win, I'd just like to congratulate both Squadrons, (Hyperion Flight and Pandragon) on a battle well fought.
4.) Sith Order Courses: They exist, go do them :P
5.) Sith Academy: I've got ideas kicking around in my head, but I've yet to put them to paper. Anyone who can remember the layout of the old one, please toss me an email with all that you remember of it.
6.) Multiplayer Combat Training: The Sith Academy will be solely based around Multiplayer Combat, and as such, you guys should get as much behind your belts as you possibly can. This means going to melee nights and playing matches. If I get requests to start new DB Gaming Nights, then we shall. But as it is, no interest was shown in hosting events that currently take place, so they're being removed. We're starting clean, again.
7.) Any suggestions for the Sith Order? Please email me. I need all the help I can get... time is short, so I'd prefer to steal your ideas than come up with my own >:P
