Due to the fact that most of my projects as Chancellor have been completed, my reports will not be chock-full of much except high-level awards. I have a few announcements to make, however, in this report.

Firstly, I am disgusted by the lack of incentive on the leadership's part, and I mean from Consul down. I have announced more than once in my reports where the updated Awards section is for the Dark Side Compendium, and I still get e-mail from Consuls and Quaestors asking what they should award. People, if you don't know by now, please kindly resign from your post and save me the aggravation of having to deal with your inability to keep yourself up-to-date. The URL, for the n-th time, is http://abyss.borkweb.com/chan/awards/awards.html. I cannot update the DSC myself, so stop asking me to.

The second issue is one familiar to a great many people. The Combat Operations Office, in my experience, is notorious for missing scores and inept host-ship. This means that several people are not awarded their Clusters of Fire for participation in COO-sponsored competitions. Frankly, I have not the time nor patience to deal with this idiocy and neither does my Magistrate, Knight Camile. Therefore, I am giving the Sith High Warrior, Obelisk High Commander, Deputy Grand Master and the Grand Master a week to e-mail me about what they feel should be done about this situation. If the aforementioned four persons are unable to give me their thoughts within a week, then I will cease to process COO-sponsored competitions. It has been my thought that the Brotherhood should manage its own multiplayer competitions anyway, and this would make my life a great deal easier.

Since there is no registration website for competitions, please send all competition requests to me for approval. You do not need to insert a URL when submitting the medals for the competition (obviously). Also, please remember that under no circumstances will merit medals be given for competitions. Those that have requested them, please see the second paragraph in my report.

On a happier note, message board posting has increased and I believe that MoCs will be distributed this week. Keep it up! I may soon include Order and Clan message boards in with the counts. As always, please send any questions or concerns to me at [Log in to view e-mail addresses].
