Overview
As Proconsul you will mainly be required to be flexible, open to new ideas and creative. The main thing I am looking for is somebody who is online frequently, has a likeable personality and inspires people, the best thing for a Clan is somebody the members can look up to as a role-model. Some of the forms of duties Proconsul will bring with it include:
- Assisting in House maintenance, promoting/awarding members, ensuring leaders are active and do reports etc.
- Aiding in running the Clan Master-Student Program, activity award schemes, elite battleteam etc.
- Running Clan Competitions.
- Helping members with their problems and requests.
- Writing reports and doing the general administrative duties that come with any position.
The first two months will mainly focus on this form of work, and will serve as a trial period to assess the occupants abilities. If at the end of this trial period the occupant proves to be competent, capable of working on their own and using their initiative more freedom will be granted allowing for the occupant to have equal authority over Clan matters, run their own projects and such, etc.

Criteria - Required
Rank of Dark Jedi Knight or higher.
At least one year of membership in the Brotherhood.
Proven command experience, preferably in the Dark Brotherhood.
High online/IRC presence, ability to focus online and answer questions.
Ability to work with a variety of people and personalities.
Initial commitment of at least 6 months to the position

Criteria - Preferential
Rank of Warrior/Priest or higher.
Proven command experience as a Quaestor.
Daily IRC presence.
Experience in fiction/poetry related competitions, ie. Krath things.
Ability to be creative, come up with ideas and work on them without the need to be told what to do every day.

Some form of connection with Naga Sadow is preferential, be it through membership, past membership, association with members in other Subgroups etc, preference will be given to Naga Sadow members, however if you are not in the Clan but meet the requirements, still feel free to apply for it will not be held against you, the best person will get the job, preference to Naga Sadow will only be an issue if two people are both just as suited for the job in every way other than which Clan they're in.

All applications are to be titled 'Application for PCON', those which are not are likely to be lost, and are to be sent to [Log in to view e-mail addresses]. Evidence to support your application must be included, simply stating 'I'm a good leader' is not good enough, examples of past achievements, proposals for the future, ideas, plans, competition ideas etc. are a must if you want to get the position. Two references may be included, however there is no need to get them to write a separate email, if it comes down to me having a tough decision I will question them myself to decide whom I believe is the best for the job. Interviews will not be necessary unless the situation warrants it, though this is highly unlikely.

Those who are put off by the requirements remember, they are not set in stone, if you are a Protector but have some amazing ideas, or if you have only been in the club 6 months but are a Warrior already, feel free to apply. The requirements are guidelines and if your application seriously impresses me then the requirements will not be held against you, so please feel free to apply, I am after all looking for somebody special rather than just somebody mundane, if your application impresses me you are likely to be considered just as much as anybody else.
