Please accept my humblist appologise for my lateness. But as i said i was rather under the weather yesterday after a very busy Saturday afternoon/evening. The Good old English tradition of an all day drinking fest kinda got the better of me :( I had a head that felt like a herd of Elephants had gone and trampled through it without taking care not to bump my brain. I still have a slight headache today......uhh.....take my advice...never mix your drinks too much!!

Anyway..i have one or important innouncements and also some comp updates for you. I also have something to discuss with you all concerning promo's. So lets get on with it.

1. Obelisk Trooper Comp - I was mailed by the CHAN Shadownyx in refference to awards, i am unable to give a SC for this kind of Comp. But at the end of the month that is what the winner will be able to get for making the skin + monthly performance (must be of a good standard plz). So the award will be Amethyst Star (Cr-1A), i'll be also awarding the runners up (if i get more than one entry). As PCON Gord said in his report, this comp is also open to NON- Kirleta members also. So do the House proud and have a go. I'm not a biast man, i'll award the Crescent to the skin that i think is most suited to a Obelisk trooper in terms of look and quality. Can't say fairer than that :)

2. AED on Emergancy leave ! - Unfourtunatley OBM Waza has had to take some leave, as you all should know, due to some real life problems that he must take care of. So at this moment i am relying on the House SGT's to keep their teams at work and in good order. Waza wanted to run a comp for the month of November, and i feel he was disapointed at the lack of comp from you guys........when he returns i am gonna ask him to do this again, and this time i wanna see some input from you guys!! These comps are for you remember. The more you put in, the more you get out!!

3. House Training - Sadly there has not been much interest in House training accept from the usual suspects. This greives me deeply......how the hell are we gonna win feuds and vendetta's?? Let alone the GJW when it comes around >:P I NEED to see the level of skill held by each House member at JO so i can effectively way our chances up against the other houses!! Right now i am in the dark and i only have a few good MP'ers and one killer in the house. I want a house of Killers! Now i said i'd award CF's for each duel win, and i will do......but i cannot if i do not get a report on the night or any screenshots of the final scores ( i will be checking up again if i can still award CF's for a training night.....so bare with me for now). But how can SGT's Reza or Markr do this if nobody turns up?? They put themselves out to run the training,,,,please turn up and try out!

Also Reza & Markr are looking for possible Instructers for the night, if you think you can do this, please mail them for a tryout, and like they say, you might be suprised! So if your interested drop them a line ;)

1. House Promotions - I was very shocked to see that someone was promoted without my consent. I am very annouyed with this as i was not consulted about this promo. The person in question knows who they are. And i will be talking with them in person soon. But i will make this clear now, and i want it clearly understood, that ALL House promotions are to be ran by me first! As QUA the running, promoting & medal awards must be checked with me first of all as i am the head Summit in the house. Therefore the final say so is mine. I do not want to see this again or i shall be looking into having a demotion until i think the person has done what is needed to warrant the promo. I have had no contact with the person who has been promoted.........therefore i do now know what he/she did to earn it. I was kept in the dark on this one. And again, i am not very pleased with the person who made the request. Thats all on that matter for now, and i will not budge on my statement either.
