After consulting with DGM Astatine, I have decided to appoint the current P:HM to the position of HeadMaster. He has shown his complete and total dedication to the post, and I am certain that he will continue to do good work in the office.

Also, KAP Mejas Doto will now be promoted to the rank of Dark Adept, as is befitting his new position.
