It's with great excitement I welcome Guardian Algaron Xerves, Novice Bartleby and Novice Mike. We've been pretty low on new recrits recently and I am thrilled to have some fresh blood in the House. If any of you guys need help with anything at all do not hesitate to ask Aedile Loor or myself for assistance.
**_Phyle Status:
_**Last night I spoke with Saitou about the structure of the Phyles. With the influx of new members and hopefully many more on the way I have decided the following:
1) Ebon Cloak Phyle will remain a training Phyle, however, it will also double as a working battle team - as it has proven in the Dark Allegiance event.
2) While we still hold a relatively small House I wil NOT be re-opening the Dragon Guard Phyle. I wnat to see Ebon Cloak and Drynwyn's Flame relatively full and teaming with activity!
3) I have also ammended the Ebon Cloak guidelines to reflect that you are no longer forced to transfer out after DJK. If you feel you can stay on and work productively then, as long as there is no "newbie" requiring a Tyro spot, then you may stay on.

The Krath website and the KCC have been integrated into each other and will now function together. Since the Krath and KCC are together now, also CON, PCON, QUAs, AEDs and BTL can post news and add comps and stuff.
Some new functions of the KCC are:

Competitions:
_**Dark Allegiance:
**_Phase 3 submissions are being marked and results should be out by Sunday.
Phase 4 was launched yesterday. Good luck everyone. Here's a re-cap of the task:
Attacking the sixth chamber: 2 page essay (individual!)
[25 pts based on grammar etc (5), originality and interest holding (10), quality of story (10)]

</font>_**<font face="Arial" size="3">Our submissions for scenario 1 has to be submitted by tonight!!! I think we may have cracked it....only time will tell. Keep up the great work on this everyone. You're all doing brilliant. Only one more scenario to solve. It'll probably be out the beginning of next week.</font>
**_Phyle Competitions:
_**I know Tirna has already got her monthly Phyle competitions up and running, but could both Tetrarches start thinking about competitions to run after the MML2 and Dark Allegiance finish. I'm sure you've both got it under control, but that's just a wee reminder!

Conclusion:
Wow - a nice early report from me! This hasn't happened in a good month or so!
Well it's been an almost awardless week for the House, but we've finished another MML2 scenario and embarked on the final phase of Dark Allegiance. As I said in an e-mail earlier in the week, I'll also be asking for evaluations of the DA event so that Betja and myself know how we can improve our competitions in the future.
