To all members of CSP,

First you will notice there is no house reports attatched with my report. This is because there are too many holes in summit reports and they are not put together nicely as has been asked for a few weeks now. To all QUAs: Your job is not only to write up your report, but to attach all other reports (AED, RM, battleteam) to it and mail it to your house. I am on all the house lists so no need to send it to me. This needs to start happening and it needs to start now. On the exact formats, I will mail you all over the summit list... Members, soon there should be easy to read reports that follow somewhat of a structure :)

Sorry to start with a rant, but a lot of good stuff has passed my desk this week. I have not seen so many promotions and medals and SA course notifications in a long time. To all who earned them, congratulations! Also sticking with that topic, that time of year comes around where we gather around the CSP tree and start to celebrate Krathmas. I've got a list and checked it twice to find out who has been naughty or nice. However, that isnt enough. Before I send out my great promo/medal forms, I would like anyone who thinks anyone deserves something to email me by wednesday evening. Please write up nice reasons why you think whomever should get an award, it may very well happen!

Remember to participate as this is a 3-way feud. I know the other clans are starting to really get into it, so we must work hard to win!

Also, Aedile Loor of HAD has started a competition which will run clan-wide. It is his Christmas Frenzy competition which has started and will end December 31. If you feel productive do his competition also :) There are 3 categories: Graphics, Poetry, Fiction. All deal with CSP and how we do Christmas.

Final note is that I will be absent after this coming sunday until January 9th. I am going up to visit one set of grandparents. I will have severly limited internet... which means almost none whatsoever, so consider me utterly gone. DM will be in charge (horror of horrors) but I will warn you before that happens :)
