P:HM update

Well, with Trout having resigned, all your happy-happy tests now drudge their ways into MY inbox! w00t! ;P

I've graded 28 separate exams in the last day, not to mention the two dozen waiting in my inbox, and the ones my random helpful staff members grade.

However, as I do not have the necessary roster access, pass/fails and dossier updates will NOT be dished out until we have a new HM, with said database powas.

If anybody has any SA questions/concerns/random other informative types of requests/comments, they now come to me!
