Commander of the Guard Report

Another good week for the GMRG. The Team Tourney went well, GMRG is advancing on OGL, and members are winning their ranks by challenging eachother. All in all, we've had a lot of activity...so good work guys.

1) Now that the main GMRG site is done, I am now working on getting our ladders up and running. The ladders, one for general members the other for Gladiators only, will run every month for two weeks. Winners can expect promotions in the GMRG as well as medals. Gladiators will fight for the coveted rank of Gladiator Prime. More news on this soon.

Also, before joining the Guard or challenging people for rank, read the GMRG's Compendium located on the site: http://gmrg.minos.net You can also find news updates and circle information on the site.

2) There are currently two GMRG Tournaments running. They are the same basic competition on different days, to accomadate more members of different time zones.

Wednesday - 3:00pm EST

Host: Sukuth

Settings: Decided by host

Where: #gmrg

Who: All DB members

Saturday - 7:00pm EST

Host: Reza

Settings: Decided by Host

Where: #gmrg

Who: All DB members

_Rules:

This Tourney is open to all members of the Brotherhood who play Jedi Outcast. GMRGers will be required to participate in at least 2 of these weekly tournaments a month.

Matches will be decided by the host, and settings will be chosen before the time of the comp.

Teams:

For GMRG Members: Teams must be with another member of the Guard. You can NOT team up with a regular member of the Brotherhood.

For DB Members: You may team up with any member that is not in the GMRG, or is not already partnered with someone else._

3) I'm currently working on trying to find another EH-like JK2 group to challenge the GMRG. So far I have only seen the HF...but I'll be checking the RS to see if we can have more competition.

If you are in a group that plays JK2, please email me and we'll see about starting a feud.

4) The GMRG needs an HQ designed. If you have a good idea for the HQ, write it up and send it to [Log in to view e-mail addresses].

Or, if you have graphical talents, create an amazing picture of what you thing the GMRG HQ would look like.

I'll be getting this made into a competition on the DGM site, so winning submissions will get medals. Send everything to [Log in to view e-mail addresses]
