Weekly Synapse:

DarkHawk sat in his meditation chamber, legs crossed in deep trance. He was hovering over the floor about one meter, two of his team members entered his chambers looking for him. It was Vessicant and Hawker, they were somewhat accustomed of being surprised by their commander, his past was dark, his motives even darker. They knew he kept to himself confiding in only a few, they need two address some issues that have came in front of the team. The two looked around in the quarters to see all different types of artifacts, light sabers of every type, taken by DarkHawk from the Jedi that have fallen before him. Other unusual weapons of the old ones, some never even seen before. Their commander, levitated higher allowing his feet to touch the floor, he turned, almost in a blank stare, bowed and asked his teammates, “What brings you here so late at night”, “There are rumors Hawk, rumors of great changes within the house” replied Vessicant. “Yeah sir, the changes are BIG, and we know you just got back, we wanted to make you aware of them” said Hawker, “I am aware of them, and we must adjust are ways to accommodate these changes, come lets gather the team, there are many issues to discuss…….”

Theme Song Competition

We're going to create a Dark Jedi theme song! Yes, I know the first thing that you're going to think is "Wow, that's a bad idea." Just try it. You might actually like this. Your task is to take a song, any song, and edit the words to a more appropriate, Dark Jedi theme. If you make ones that are good enough, maybe our house leaders wouldn't mind having them as their personal theme songs ;-).

I've attached the lyrics for two songs that could potentially be good Dark Jedi themes. They are "I'm Too Sexy" and "Ladies Man". You can edit the lyrics for one of these songs, both, or find the lyrics for another song that you think would be a good candidate. Get your submissions to me by Monday the 13th. It shouldn't take you too long even if you end up editing one of the attached songs. And remember: Have fun doing this!

Round 1 will be judged similar to the Tridens competition:

1 pt for getting 15% of the high score

2 pt for getting 30% of the high score

3 pt for getting 45% of the high score

4 pt for getting 60% of the high score

5 pt for getting 75% of the high score

6 pt for getting 90% of the high score

8 pt for getting 100% or more of the high score

In the first Round, the squadron with the most points wins. Points will only be assigned to the highest percentage score submission. As you can see, you have the rest of the weekend to submit your pilot file. For your information, here are the squadron alignments we are using. New transfers or new members will not affect this alignment.

PRT AshMaster is excused from current Galthain events due to very unfortunate circumstances in his immediate family. We don’t quite know when he’ll be back.
