1: Note to all personnel: You have a specific promotional authority associated with your position. If you do not have the authority to promote a member you must make your recommendation via the relevant Order Leader. Do it another way and it will be denied. Always assuming you've all taken the leadership test, you all ought to know to which rank you can promote without needing Dark Council intervention, so please stick to it.

If you can't remember, check the DSC, or else ask the Master at Arms or myself. Don't just recommend the promotion or I'm going to start coming around to your House or Clan and raising a small (or large) amount of hell depending on how long you've been a member of the club and how well I judge you ought to know the rules. Just so you all know, and there is absolutely no excuse:

GM: All ranks

DGM: Dark Side Adept

Dark Council: Two ranks below their own rank

Consul: Archpriest/Battlemaster

Proconsul: Warrior/Priest

Quaestor: Dark Jedi Knight

Aedile: Jedi Hunter

Battleteam Leader: Guardian

2: No, I do not have a set date for the GJW. As I have explained many, many times to many various people, there have been small delays in getting all the material together and I am still waiting on some aspects of the Obelisk and Sith to be put together, although I should have the Sith stuff before the end of next week.

So... what does this mean? It means the GJW will most likely not start before February. My deepest apologies for the delay, unfortunately what I have planned is a little ambitious, and it's taking slightly longer to put together than I had thought it would.

As I stated previously, you will have week's notice prior to the start of the GJW, so that you will all be able to get your competitions finished up and your Clans in order.

3: I have several projects on the go at the moment, some of which are interlinked. I'm not going to go into them all here because I've mentioned them all in previous reports anyway. Suffice it to say that they're going well.
