Greetings Kirletians.....

Really short report this week as i'd rather get back to trying to get some grafix done for us. Also i'd rather see you folks doing what you can for the House/Clan effort in the GJW. It's whatever you can give that gets the points.

Another interesting factor this week was the AWOL results. A good response from those who are active! Well done to all who could be botherd to reply. A list of those who did not make it will be announced in the news section.

Most of us are getting stuck into the GJW....this is a welcoming site for me. I am very pleased with what i have seen so far, and i have reflected this with some promotions, some have been coming, i just needed proof that it was warranted :) Anyways......lets crack on........

1. Kirleta AWOL check Results - Most people made the official deadline set by myself. Some came through a day late, or had to be nudged to respond. A few even requested Rogue because of real life work or difficulties. Here's the list of i have had removed :-
   

OBM Psyko Prefect - He's in black because i have never even seen or heard from him! He took himself off of the House mailing list. He won't be coming back.

DJH Molotov - #1572 - requested Rogues awhile ago, but i said i'd keep him on the roster, but he's is really to busy right now with college/uni.

DJH Morrigan L'Fey - #1440 - requested rogue 2 days ago. RL work prevents here finding any time to be useful as she told me.

PRT Acklay - Started well, and then fell silent and dorment. Failed to respond to the AWOL check.

PRT Brat Stone - #2554 - Having RL difficulties right now, has promised to return in 6 months or less when he's more sorted. He's moving house and has requested to go Rogue until he is settled in again.

ACO Luthier - #2578 - Failed to reply to the AWOL check in time. Infact, never heard or seem him! No use to me and this House anyway.

All the above have been removed from the roster. As you can see, some requested to go Rogue, others are just idle. Those in Teal - requested Rogues. Those in Maroon - are idle or they have made no attempt to ever get in touch, though Acklay was a suprise as he showed promise. The one in black - well, this reflects the term 'Black Listed' to me. Anyone with their name in this colour has been black listed by me as a total waste of time and effort, even after mails sent to get a response!!

OWL Rizlib - I know he came back to help us out with the GJW, but he too has fell silent. I have given him until 12am GMT tonight to respond. After that i have to send him back to the Rogues. He has not replied to the AWOL check, nor sent me any mails of what he's up to. I do realise he's very busy, but still, a mail takes perhaps less than a minute to write.

1. Graphics deadline - This is tomorrow! You have only until 11.59 pm EST to get your submissions in for scoreing so that they count. If your working on some grafix now, try and get them finished asap and get them in to be counted. Everyone submission wether is worth a point for the clan. Even if they're like mine, crap, its a point folks!! So come on...don't be shy! ;) Submissions should be sent to the DGM & The OHC, remember to CC myself, the PCON & CON. 1 graphic per email though to reduce the size of the mail.
   

Phase 1 Obelisk SP Mission submissions - The deadline for these screenshots is Monday 24th Feb @ no later than 11.59 pm EST. Those of you stuck or lost, please ask! Those of us who have completed the mission will assist you with whatever ayles you ;)

1. Phase 2 events - This shal depend on the clans Phase 1 results. Those marking the Phase 1 results need time to mark the submissions and allocate the points accordingly. Therefore, Phase 2 should be realeased on Tuesday 25th Feb. There will be other activities released over the weekend to do inbetween, so don't worry ;)

1. GJW Clan stats as released and compiled by KE Kaiann - Below is an insert from his origional mail out lining our performance so far. The results can be improved but it shows that each House is responding well!! :D
   

Jedi of Satal Keto...

in almost an all-nighter, the runon made it into a document and out to the

judges on time yesterday night. Our participation was 32 out of 60 (53%), not

bad. If we split that down to Houses, we have Aleema 10 / 11 (91%), Galthain

9 / 26 (34%) and Kirleta 11 / 21 (52%). Should tell the "Obelisk can't write"

folks a lesson - they have provided much more participation than the Sith (no,

even adding the CON and PCON to the Sith and making it 11 / 28 (39%) won't save

the piloting forces of CSK from taking last place here - but even then, the 34

or 39 percent are probably more than some other Clans can muster overall!

In summary - a very good participation for the Clan. I've lived through GJWs

and other Vendettas where the overall percentage of doing anything was less

than those 53%! If this event is any indication of what's to follow, I believe

we can see 80% or higher of "done at least one event" when the dust has settled.

Special thanks to DA Arania Lawakiro who has tirelessly been motivating members

to get their posts in, compiled the whole thing between 1 and 3 am and also was

the most active poster at 13 entries, almost 50% higher than the next (9).

More stats:

100% of summits participated. Been a while since I saw that happen anywhere.

71% of battle team leaders - missing one Galthain CMDR and one Kirleta SGT here.

Let's go on like this, CSK, and we may just fulfil our CON's dream!

GJW Participation in Phase 1 - As i stated earlier, i am very very pleased with what i have seen, and proud to see my chaps getting stuck in :) Hehe...we had a better participation than the Galthain chaps...;)) Thats a record! Well done folks, y'all get a pat on the back from me, and a free drink of any poison that you wish to consume..........exellent work thus far........lets keep the pace up and strive for that finish line in style!! WE WANT OUR #1 OBELISK HOUSE STATUS BACK!!!! & we can do it people..........gimme a HELL YEAH! >:D

Well, as i have said no less than 3 times in this report, i am very pleased with all you that have taken part and are still taking part in Phase 1. A good show from you guys, and you all deserve a pat on the back for what you have done so far. Those who have not.....well get something done soon!! There's always something to do, if your stuck then by all means mail me and i'll point you in the right direction.

Those who have completed the SP Mission - You are obliged to help those who are struggling with it! I beleive that GRD Delak is having problems. Delboy - if you catch me on IRC and are still stuck, i'll help you. If not then someone should help you out and talk you through it ;) Don't worry though, we're all here for eachother.

I'd also like to say that i am pleased to be leading you guys by the front and by example. To me, with the way you have responded it has breathed some new light into my DB career. Things are looking up for the House right now, and now and then a new Obelisk Joins us. It shows that the House is indeed doing well. Now that we have lost those who do not have the time, or rl issues, or are just bone idle, we should be able to get some real results in, and help bring home the bacon and that coverted #1 Obelisk Title that we want so badly.......well.....can't speak for everyone i know, but i want it >:}}

Lets carry on doing what we're doing, help eachother out when we're stuck. Work as a team, like a close combat unit. 16 heads are better than one!
