Lot's o' stuff this week,

though it is only Thursday. I like Thursday - either that or Friday, but Saturday is nice too...and then there's Sunday. WAIT! I'm starting to ramble like Selket...not that it's a bad thing :P JH Silent yanked in 11 DSS's for his submissions to the Dark Voice...jeeeze. That and he's tearin' up the Phase 2 stuff. SPEAKING OF WHICH: I know that when anyone says "not" to do something, the general response is to "do" it, but I am kind of hoping this won't cause that. It would be in your best interest NOT to send your GJW submissions over the groups, a mail stating you did it is fine. Sending them to the DGM, KHP and your House/Clan summits is sufficient - However, you are free to do what you want with your work as long as everyone who needs to get it, gets it. I just hope there are no thieves around here.

For the sake of driving myself

insane I have taken on a couple of new tasks: 1) I'm a judge over at the ol' Krath Combat Center now. So, come on over and beat up your friends, and mind you...I can be bought :P. Seriously, its a good environment to develop much needed writing skills, I'd be glad to give you a hand. 2) I started an AED web page. I know there is like a billion things for you guys to look at on the internet, and like 10x's that for the DB...hehe, so I don't expect a lot of visitors, but hey its out there. http://pagespub.minos.net

** MY TWO CENTS:** There are A LOT of people who exist in the DB to make it run smoothly, and they volunteer their time to see that it does. Would it kill you to drop'em a "thank you" once in a while?

Story 2: Document the breakdown of the Alliance, how it affects you, and what your actions are during the War of Possession<o:p> /o:p
Poetry 2: Battle Hymn inspire your Clan-mates to victory with your words

Story must be 3 pages, 12 point font, Times New Roman minimum. They must be in .doc, .rtf or .txt format - no others will be accepted.

Poems must be at least 30 lines long, and submitted in .doc, .rtf or .txt format - no others will be accepted

Due date: 31st March, 11.59pm EST

PHASE 2: GJW Competitions: Open (Due 31 March 03)

GFX 2: Design a banner or graphic that takes in some aspect of the second part of the plot.
Evil Mastermind Design: Who is the real mastermind behind the pirate incursion? What are his aims and goals? Put yourself in the place of a master-spy, sent out to determine the whereabouts, and identity of the crook. The more detail you can provide, the better.

Graphics should be in .jpg or .gif format and zipped prior to submission. Mastermind designs should be in .doc, .rtf, or .txt format - graphical content can be submitted and should be included in a zip file with your submission.

I put this comp in before Phase 2 kicked in, so I don't expect a lot of participation. I have gotten a few submissions thus far.
